  • Skateback Drill
    Start at the block. Perform 3 Between the legs dribbles while stepping backwards. After making your first shot, get your rebound and move to the next spot. Make one shot at each spot before moving to the next spot. The spots are wing, top of the key, and opposite wing. You must make 3 in a row in 15 seconds. More advanced basketball players must work on creating separation and be outside the 3 point line when they shoot the ball. Try this drill out and be sure to tag us on socials.
