Benavidez feet will give him problems against andrade he must win by KO if not Andrade will win this is the way I see this fight going but respect to both men 👏.
I’m rooting for David because he’s 1 of the few guys that is willing to fight everyone at 168 even the losers (throwback fighter) so I’m going with David by decision but something deep down is telling me both benevidez lose that night. Hope they both win though.

In fairness, he blasted out Quigley in his second to last fight. Not saying Quigley is amazing, but Andrade looked solid in that fight for as short as it was.

Facts! Very tough fight for David. Ppl forget how good boo-boo is against pressure fighters and mid range game. Idk who’s going to win because I also thought plant would have done better because of his footwork and other things but David fought smart. Hope he does it against because he’s at the top already and willing to fight all the guys at the top
Plus Andrade's gas tank never been an issue while most of Benavidez past opponent run out the gas and forced to stand toe to toe after they get cut David follows up with combo and get stoppage it's different with Demetrius here and with his age makes him more smarter and cautious in the game. i feel like a lot of people are massively overlooking benavidez skills just becuase of his monster nickname and his fightstyle. he is very complete for his age and has probably the best jab in all of boxing with good jab speed workrate and whiplash power as we saw in fights like against direll and plant where shit turned into nasty bloodbaths. he have very accurate and ferocious combination punching and slick style is probably easier against a 1-2 counter puncher like canelo who picks his shot rather than a high output combination figher combined with a high output world class jab . a high workrate/output figher is a nightmare for slick fighters. canelo showed excellent defense/slickness and superior skills in his fights against ggg but the only reason those both fighst were close was because of golovkins workrate mainly with the jab alone, benavidez have that same pressure and workrate like ggg bit not only with jab but with combos as well and that same pressure on top of that massive size and reach which is even more of a nightmare for a slick figher. plant is a slick fighter with probably the best speed at 168 but benavidez had no problem getting to him
I do think Benavidez is more skilled than plenty give him credit for. That said, virtually all fighters give a little away defensively when they are as offensive-minded as Benavidez can be at times. Still, I agree he gets his skilled overlooked at times.
Benivetes gonna be all body first 6rds if smart. Andrade very difficult to hit clean. Im going long shot amd maybe little money on Draw. Like Regis odds based in part on crappy last performances. Might parlay regis w boo boo
Andrade does move well but his feet aren’t always in the place from what I’ve seen I know some of you might disagree, also when gets down low David has long arms to catch him with a right or left and Andrade at times gets wild and leaves himself wide open I don’t see a knockout Im hoping for one but I believe David is going to beat him up badly.
Those stands and footwork are purposely calculated.. leaning forward while throwing punches is mostly bait when fall for it then quick right and left combo comes with it... He is very tricky fighter reason why most fighters didn't want to fight him

If he couldn't stop a bloodied exhausted plant. I don't see him stopping this sky plus referees. Let you hold dip down at the waist. Head down crazy, but you foul all night with the clentering. You'll survive it'll be a close decision in my opinion

It's a closer fight than the odds say it is, for sure. But, Benavidez deserves credit for this one either way.

That's a very possible outcome. While I predict the stoppage, this fight could easily be a tough/hard fight to score that ends close either way.
Benavidez is going to smash Andrade. Andrade looked horrible his last 2 fights against non ranked fighters and got clipped! C’mon man.

Andrades mid range game is excellent.His footwork and craftiness will give Benavides problems.Hes uses angles to well.
Angles will definitely be key for Andrade. He needs to keep Benavidez squared up, and tu ring him can definitely do that.
