It’s a power chord progression on the third through fifth strings with the fourth string muted. Three times B to E to G to A, and the fourth is E to F#. Then repeat. Hope this helps.

I want to learn this song, so the only thing is I have no pedals for my guitar effects to make my guitar sound like this, if you don't mind me asking what kind of pedals do you use to make it have this nice crisp clear sound? because my guitar sounds like crap when it comes to doing skillet songs because it doesn't have no effects or pedals to back up the Electrics in it

It’s possible but you’ll have to move the D power chords up an octave

No there isn't any noticeable delay (it says 6.3 milliseconds on my screen), so it feels like you are playing through a real amp.
