Always loved this song, and that note he hits at 1:13.....Amazing vocalist.
The high notes are easy. The medium-high notes are the hard part.
That's Roger
Those very highest of high notes in Queen are from Roger Taylor.
@@mininfinite4592he's also an excellent singer with an impressive high range. His mid-range is very powerful and reminiscent of classic hard-rock singers
High notes in queens songs are roger
"I need to do it again I sound like shit"
"You sound amazing Freddie!"
"I sound like shit."
And THAT shows what separates Freddie from everyone else. He doesn't settle for being amazing; he goes beyond it.
What physical issues he went through the last several years of his life, yet always the ultimate professional. Heck, even Live Aid he was counseled to not go on due to vocal problems . He did so and became a legend. I cannot imagine the strength of character Freddie had, or the love and appreciation for his audience. Truly a god among men. Humbling and inspiring!

About a week ago, the movie "Bohemian Rhapsody" was showed at a small city in Japan. I watched it at there.
This small city is Yamaguchi.
Once upon a time, there was a small gymnasium at same place.
And QUEEN had done their live concert in that small gymnasium with all their might.
They came back to Yamaguchi as the biographical movie.
At the same place, a few hundreds Japanese audiences (including me) watched "Bohemian Rhapsody" with love.
We Japanese people love QUEEN forever. God bless QUEEN.
Lets be honest..
This song is SO under rated but SOOOOO AMAZING!!
All Queen songs are amazing, but this one is so beautiful (once again, like all Queen songs)
But I can't stop listening to my Queen's
This at no 10 and killer queen no 2 both Freddie songs got them their first singles onto the uk top ten charts both in 1974
Released two albums queen 2 and sheer heart attack
This is probably one of the best examples of Freddie's abilities both with the piano and his voice... A masterpiece that is not even 3 minutes long
Mr Avocado7 shame
there's something so magical about this. the piano, the falsetto on "forever", the guitar, the production, its all incredible.

Oh I remember it very well, first Queen song I heard, Queen (1) was the first album I bought and I was hooked.
Their early stuff is brilliant. A little heavier than their 80’s stuff. Queen 1&2 are brilliant. Killer Queen, Liar, Tie Your Mother Down. Some classics!
We all know queens if you heard we will rock you. One of the best childhood

日本公演の時の映像で感動!
This song did not get popular in the USA, can't figure out why, ...it's a masterpiece
A masterpiece it is ... I gather Queen didn't get good promo in the USA until several years later. I figure this song, among their others, was likely deemed to be too "fantastic" and playful for the m.o.r. American radio and ears. At the time bland music was popular in the USA. To be popular the guys had to sound pretty mellow and bored. The songs had to be pretty simple. If it came out around 1987-88 though, during the American glam rock period, by a young new band, then it might have been a hit in USA. Though it was probably always too fun and wasn't ever "tuff" or serious enough for American audiences.
American music listeners are not very experimental when it comes too rock music. They like the straight ahead rock sound in general style of Ted Nugent ,Aerosmith Grand Funk. Outside the box they don't venture much. Americans for the longest time were all about American acts. They support the big American bands and stick close too the base of rock. Dont forget country music and all the southern influence(Allman bros, Skynyrd The Byrds) on rock thats what they listened too. I live in Canada and they don't listen too Canadian music. There where great guitar players from Canada ( Lifeson, Frank Marino, Pat Travers for example) that they couldn't make a real dent down there only because they are Canadian. Its a weird effect really.
Couldn't find it in the movie soundtrack and I had to google "queen song in the movie that goes forever ever ever"
Glad someone asked about it on Reddit
It definitely deserves a lot more credit
The 70's must have been wonderful... 😌
Apart from the dire economy and all the strikes they were.
It had its moments 😂
I lived in the late 1960's and early 1970's and Queen were a breath of fresh air in 1975. Loved their music, brilliant.

What is up my bandit legions? God Queen, Tyreen coming at ya live with my brother, Troy! We're streaming, you're screaming, and we're all ready to open the Great Vault. And when we do, my holy family's gonna tear the whole galaxy a new one. Oh, and if there's any Vault Hunters watching, don't expect any mercy. I'm not that kind of god.
Note: This song was one of my favorites before BL3, just love it more now because of it.
2:24 showing his boxing skills ❤
Freddie's skills as a pianist and lyricist are criminally underrated.
An interesting note, although you dedicated Queenie's might already know this... this album has a similar ending to the beginning of their next album, Sheer Heart Attack. At the end you can hear a chorus of "I Do Like to be Beside the Seaside." You can hear the same song being whistled at the very beginning of Brighton Rock on the next album.
In recent queen resurgence no one is talking about this phenomenal track. It's like a Mandela effect..its gone to ground...but its unbelievable and the vocabulary is amazing..why aren't the people listening to it???why wasnt it in the film? Cus if it was I missed it.
Especially when it was their first single to ever chart!

One of my fave Queen songs EVER! Saw them perform this in 1975, and after the gig was lucky to get backstage and meet them all! 70s period of hard rock is the best Queen era.
I love seeing a game or movie or trailers showing people old songs and letting new people fall in love with classics.... So whatever brought you here... I myself and the music gods are happy you showed up. Cheers.
I dont knowhow it works, but this song is full of positive like "Don't stop me now".
And Roger. He surpassed everybody!
It is beautiful to remember a privilege of rock and the king
Freddy plays with one hand the intro like he was from a Renaissance other planet..it’s insane the velocity of the playing that kind of style in piano and with one hand
