@marionharris5952 Stop spreading misinformation!!!! Creatine is the most tested supplement on the market and it is absolutely safe for kidney health. Admittedly, it can cause a false positive on creatinine levels, but that’s a consequence of creatine breaking down into creatinine, not due to kidney damage. If you supplement with creatine everyday for 1 year, and come off it for a week to ten days and then test blood levels of creatinine, they will be perfectly normal

I've been binging your videos Louisa.
Wonderful information that will be helping me update many of my routines!
One thing though, I'm surprised with all the science we have on the importance of the mind gut connection and alzheimers becoming known as type 3 diabetes, that you haven't done proper research into your nutrition.
I highly suggest you truly look into the efficacy of the carnivore diet.
I think you'll be pleasantly surprised how hand in hand it works with the body but most importantly the 🧠.
You're teachings are priceless thank you, can't wait to see all you do to help this world🤗

The cut away from all this is do what you were doing as a kid. Get plenty of sleep, run around play in the sun until you can't anymore, don't take too much supplements. The very things that inclined you to do as a kid were the things you should have been doing. This is why I say kids are smarter than adults sometimes.

Wrong; many supplements (high quality, of course) are now necessary, since our soil and food is depleted of both vitamins and minerals. Even if you overeat, it is very difficult to obtain required nutrients.

Can I play pickle ball and I am 62 and I see 12-year-olds on the court and every age up until about 85. It is fantastic! You continuously have to think as well as all the other benefits because the scoring is more difficult than tennis. I have played tennis. You are constantly thinking and moving and socialising . Australians don’t know pickleball that much but it is picking up here in Australia very quickly and I see about 25 people playing twice a week and the word is spreading very quickly. Everyone’s talking about it now .Thank you for this video. Very interesting!!

I exercised 30 minutes every day for a whole year and I will never do that again, what I thought was something I was doing good for my body was actually just wearing me out and I started to suffer from over training symptoms, even though I was lifting weights every other day and cardio on the days I wouldn't lift it was just to much for my body, I actually started losing muscle mass and was exhausted all the time. I stopped working out for about a year then went back to it after some recovery time but when I started back up I kept my workouts to 20 minutes every other day and it was way better. I do not recommend exercising every day for anyone unless you are super young, 30 years old or less, maybe you could handle that kind of stress on your body.

Maybe you have a health problem. Or you haven't exercised All your Life. I've walked pretty much Every day since I was five. Walking to school and back. A long way. I'm perfectly healthy. Except for thyroid Problem brought on by chronic stress. I exercise every day.

@@lynkinealy2926 walking is something you can do every day. But that's not what I'm talking about I'm talking, lifting weights and a more strenuous form of cardio like jogging or burpees or rowing.

@@daviddeiss7907 yes. I read that. I should of added. That's the foundation to fitness. I believe anyway. I do other things too. Run. Weights. Cardio. I just thought perhaps you may have something that you haven't found. I'm not an expert. .but just trying to help. So if you walked daily first. Then you may work up your fitness to do more. Take care

When on social media you see a "doctor" but there's no MD after their name most likely they are a chiropractor or a NATUROPATH etc. Some of them are downright deceptive because they will call themselves a functional medicine doctor or a doctor of natural medicine when they don't have a MEDICAL degree but don't want people to know they are a chiropractor because many people know they make lots of claims when there is no evidence to support them, testimonials and stories don't mean anything.

Using regularly any unnatural substance to sleep "better" is wrong as your brain is learning not to sleep but to use a substance to relax, or sedate yourself however you want to call it.
You can use it sporadically if in need but regularly its the opposite of healthy living.
Great info though , gracias. (Your brain is not all that controls everything it works with your gut mainly but with rest of organs and muscles)...i m 67 feel like 45, surf everyday even sometimes better than younger. Do resistance training 10 minutes low weight. Squats, arms dumbells, and the bar...few rep as i feel my muscles...no stress retired 2 y ago..low carb no process bs foods..
