Yes Turkey's population is %80 - %90 Muslim but it's free about religion. -You're right about cash. We are using that payment section but we using cards too. (And not rarely :) ) -We are drinking soup almost all of our meal except breakfast. ive been in Turkey 3 times, 2004, 2008 and 2016. i had a wonderful time and happy experiences. good food, clean hotels, good surroundings, unique new things to discover, amazing historic ruins, modernity and traditional are combined, they love cats and dogs in the city, amazing public transportations in any destinations, if i have a chance, i like to spend my whole life living in Turkey. i wish someone can offer me job there even a house cleaner ill take it. i just want to spend the rest of my life living in a country that i love. my idea of living. merhaba Turkiye. seni seviyourum. see you soon. i wish

Luxury restaurants are really close to tourist places, and that's why tourists think that Turkey is expensive to eat out. Try to find local restaurants, it might be better because there you can eat Turkish cuisine too, in luxury ones the meals from all over the world, not belong to Turkish cuisine haha 😂
1)Turkey hasn't been taken over by anyone. Turkey is about a century old and has never been conquered by anyone. I assume you meant Anatolia. 2)Armenians never took over Anatolia. They lived there, but the first time they had an organized government was after Turkey was founded. Also, Armenia is not located in Anatolia. 3)Soup isn't as universally popular across Turkey as you suggest. i.e in the eastern parts, it's not common to drink soup for breakfast at all. 4)It's not OK to belch in anywhere. Wtf? If you're with family or friends, sure belch away. If there are other people around, no. 5)The thing about Facebook is probably true. 6)Surname thing is true. For some time now, children can actually take mother's surname if the parents so chose. 7)Journalists getting imprisoned is unfortunately true. 8)Restaurants not accepting cards is probably not true. I haven't seen a restaurant that only accepts cash for the last 10 years. Maybe there are a few unique snowflakes. 9)Additional info on woman's rights, Turkey also had one of the worlds first woman Prime Ministers. Pretty much everyone agrees she was just an American spy (she couldn't even properly speak Turkish). But still... Overall good video, I'd recommend doing a bit more detailed research in the feature.

1)Turkey hasn't been taken over by anyone. Turkey is about a century old and has never been conquered by anyone. I assume you meant Anatolia.
2)Armenians never took over Anatolia. They lived there, but the first time they had an organized government was after Turkey was founded. Also, Armenia is not located in Anatolia.
3)Soup isn't as universally popular across Turkey as you suggest. i.e in the eastern parts, it's not common to drink soup for breakfast at all.
4)It's not OK to belch in anywhere. Wtf? If you're with family or friends, sure belch away. If there are other people around, no.
