This is so beautiful. The lake/pond is what is missing in the urban parks in Canada. This park is lovely...even in the rain ( which is very good for your skin).

We have the most beautiful country, so so lucky. We live in a area where we have a lovely woodland area on our door step and in autumn it becomes so magical. I take my little cousin out in our winter coats and wellies and we hunt for acorns and pick up lots of different types of leafs to do leaf rubbings at home! Can't wait for autumn ❤
Hi UWE, this walk was really a walk in the park and a relaxing one too. Away from the hustle and bustle of a big city amidst the greens and the gentle rain. Is this where you stay if so you are so lucky. The swans ,ducks and the dogs being trained were a treat to watch. I could hardly see human traffic throughout the video. A nice upload.

Really nice video of a typical cold, wet day in Sarf London. I recognised the opening shot immediately as it's only about a mile from my home. But there are two disappointments for me in this film. On 12:30 why didn't you turn right?You could have popped in to see my friend Sheila for a nice cup of tea, she's always ready to put the kettle on (everyone is welcome) ☕️. Then at 16:30 as you were about to turn into the park. Why oh why didn't you point your camera upwards into the trees. You may just have caught a glimpse of the famous Tiger that lives there. You missed the chance of a lifetime to catch it on film. But otherwise as I say nice video 👍👍👍

Urban Walking Experience . I am not sure if you believe me or not???😀 but just try searching for 'Tiger in a tree outside southwark park'. There has been many sightings. It's also made the local papers & got TV coverage. The last sighting showed her with her cub. There are actually several other animals up there if you know where to look 👁👁. I hope everybody will start searching as soon as the weather gets better.

Seeing those ducks in the park reminded me of a time when I was visiting Bakersfield, California about 5 years ago. There was an area very close to my hotel and after eating supper in a nearby restaurant l, I was on my way back to my hotel in the evening. So, I stood above the bridge watching the duck for awhile and I kind of "spoke to them a bit" saying silly things like , "Hello duckies" and a few more silly phrases. Well one duck in particular seemed intrigued with my talking to them and kind of stayed still, looking up at me. So I spoke a few more words and then said, "Well little ducky, I gotta go now, bye, bye." So as soon as I started walking away this particular duck started quacking and I walked back from where I had been standing and the duck stopped quacking. I thought, that's wierd and started walking away again. This duck started quacking real loud AGAIN. So I walked back again, and duck stopped quacking, just looking up at me as I stood on bridge above it. I finally said, " It's getting late. I have to go back to my hotel now and it's getting cold out here." So then the duck seemed to understand and "let me go." It was the strangest thing as this was the only duck out of several around that behaved this way.
