    That’s like a sprint not a sled push.

      Hey David! The weight and resistance is totally adjustable; just as with a physical functional sled, you can add weight or keep it at base weight. How fast you move it depends on what you’re training 💪

    Very good treadmill, but poor video review. Obviously this guy never uses treadmills or maybe never runs.

      Cheers Gab! What I know is the weight of the sled on this machine is entirely adjustable - starting with a base weight - as it is with a real functional sled.
      What weight you select would be determined by the user, and the function that you’re training. And, ultimately the conditioning that you’re trying to achieve.
      Despite social media influence not all sled pushes are slow and heavy. And in this case for a demonstration video - it was a light weight, medium distance and power focused.
      The essence of this video was to review the basic functions of a top tier mill. Maybe in the future I will share some insight into training formats and specific conditioning, to help people have a better insight.
