Great video, I love this version of the Highlander. I'm almost ready to bite the bullet on this. Don't like the regular Highlander power options, the Max is the way to go on the Grand Highlander for sure. Still driving my 2008 Highlander Limited with 243,000 miles. Best part, no payments.

This Toyota Grand High Lander Limited Hybrid Max Trin is a nice-looking vehicle, especially in colour is this colour red or something else interior is spacious nice logo smack dap in the middle it looks so bold Toyota has a dedicated USB connection to passenger however I liked quarter panels third row seats talking about inside third seats it's kind of aeroplane quarter window seats 2.8 V6 turbo inline-four 6 speed automatic all wheels drive with two motors making 362 hp and 400 pound feet of torque this is really upscale and ginormous car thanks both of you.
No, Toyota allows you to build it on their website but no option to for Bench seat on Hybrid Max. Other reviewer also confirmed that with Toyota. I think the reason is stupid, "to increase towing capacity they want to reduce the number of passengers".
I would still end up with the next best after this in Honda Pilot because of affordability. The mark up will be insane on this one. Its being listed by most dealers as 62k, and when you get there, you will be told that is without destination charge and taxes, you will end up with 67k or close it at 70k to take it out the door and its always in transit so may be a year and half later, your SUV will arrive. 😅
love your videos. i drive probably 75% highway most of the time. mainly to and from work. and probably use for road trips. not sure to get hybrid max or the hybrid. what's your opinion?

MPG drops like a rock in the "Max" Price goes up nearly 20K with all the boxes checked over the base AWD. No power buttons for third row? The third row test for the right side passenger failed since you had the second row all the way forward and no one could sit there, to make the third row look big. I know it was unintentional but you can't just fly over that. 65K with all the options before TTL

Be interesting to see how the all new Lexus TX sister vehicle compares. From released images I don't see the front passenger shelf in the dash which is a shame. Thats a handy feature adding to the overall storage. I wonder will the considerably more expensive Lexus bump up the HP to distinguish itself more from the Grand Highlander or is it just higher quality materials and the Lexus badge?
It depends on what you are looking for. For a lot of drivers, this is better than the CX90, and if MPG matters, the non Max hybrid is killer at the pump compared to Pilot.
@@TexasTruckChannel Very true, I can't stand how Toyota drives, but most drivers don't care. The problem is how long you have to wait in the line. Toyota no longer accepts orders for Sienna here because the waiting list is 3 year long, lol.
