This place is so intriguing! I literally just drove past it & it immediately peaked my curiosity. Cannot find ANY information on it!!!

owned by Gunter Jaeger and family purchased in 1985 for $120,000, Gunter Jaeger lives in hobart, and by the video looks like they must have a care taker who has sheep and a dog living in the entrance estate before the main building.

Also noticed this place driving back to Hobart from Port Arthur. I imagine there is some sort of underground bunker here, haha! The surrounds are not maintained though and there definitely aren't enough solar panels for a bunker =P

From the look of it it is more likely its a wine cellar as the roof wouldn't meet the needs for a bunker. I was also thinking possible storm cellar but even that, that roof isn't adequate. it looks like it's sitting next to a underground Water tank, so it wouldn't have taken too much to add that building next to it while digging for the tank.

Boomer island, a place with infinite uncut lawns, where the monster ultra flows in river, and the 90’s disco never stops.

I'm at The Cannery in Dunalley having lunch, I can see it from her. There isn't much in the way of info on the place other than who built it.

Interesting. I flew over it in a light plane the other day, our pilot said no one knew really anything about it when I asked. I saw it again on the drive out to Port Arthur and queried it with a woman who worked at PA. She said it was owned by a German billionaire, but no one knew for sure. I'm still suss. Money doesn't buy taste, this is not only tasteless but also has no privacy. Strange facility.
