    Pezzo straordinario magistralmente interpretato da una superba Maria Tipo. La grande bellezza dell'Italia musicale sconosciuta ai più.

    Clementi, one of the best composer of the classical era, father of the modern piano. Far ahead of all the other contemporary composers. I am preparing my new recital with Clementi sonatas and work on his music every day is a blessing.

    A mio parere Haydn e Clementi sono i compositori che più di tutti hanno influenzato Beethoven. In questa bellissima sonata si ritrovano frammenti del linguaggio pianistico beethoveniano, senza ombra di dubbio !

    I thought Clementi was only a classical composer, but in this piece he's almost in the romantic era!

    • @JoeCembalo
      @JoeCembalo 9 лет назад +14

      Clementi is highly undervalued... but he composed not only wonderful classical sonatas (I like them more than Mozart's) but also more deep pieces like this one, as a precursor of Romanticism.

      +JoeCembalo Very true yeah, real Clementi's problem is that everyone look at him just as a "Pre-Beethoven-Guy"

    Così bella e perfetta da eguagliare la grande sonata classica....peccato che sia poco conosciuta... Clementi non dovrebbe essere solo oggetto di studio da parte degli allievi del conservatorio, ma essere un nome noto a tutti come beethoven, mozart etc.

    • @timothythorne9464
      @timothythorne9464 3 года назад

      Questa sonata dovrebbe essere più conosciuta in quanto non è più in stile classico come Haydn e Mozart, ma è piena di romanticismo con sensulità italiana.

    Clementi dipinge, forse anche meglio di Virgilio (sto imprecando), il quadro emotivo e sentimentale di Dido abbandonata. Dopo, dalle difficoltà vivi se ne esce; tranne chi sceglie, come la regina, poi, di abbandonarsi.

  • @williambunter3311

    Mozart referred to Clementi as a 'charlatan'. Certainly not true. Clementi composed many pieces of outstanding beauty and quality, and was well-respected as a good man by his contempories. His op.36 sonatas are gorgeous! As is this lovely piece.

      Mozart himself was a cheater and liar.
      He decorated himself with strange feathers.
      Lately it has been discovered by Musicologists and Historians that,for instance,he isn´t the composer of "Jupiter Symphonie",or the "Pariser Symphonie".
      The true composer of these two Sinfonies is an italian,from whome Mozart copied them.
      He did not write one single not of them.

      @@davidjohnson9796 David, cool down man. Yes, what Nuraghes writes is actually been around for a while: some musicologists have been dismantling the myth of Mozart for some years now and yes, doubts have been raised as to whether Mozart did actually compose those two symphonies (I think the composer they think might have composed them was Andrea Luchesi) and many other pieces. Whether that is true or not, or to what extent, I frankly would not dare to say.

  • @davidjohnson9796

    Gosto bastante de Clementi. Não me apercebo nesta sonata de alguma sonoridade romântica. Pelo contrário, a obra soa muito clássica e lembra bastante Haydn. Em todo o caso é para mim um prazer ouvir Clementi.
