I can't believe it took me so long to stumble on this channel. Your videos are so well done! I'm subscribed!!! One request: In your video, you mentioned the scrap yard: I'd love to see a video of you going to / through the items at your local scrapyard!!!
How is the bike doing? Is over volt killed the motor already?? Please reply, as I understand this is the most obvious question everybody here are eager to know. Good work guy, hope to get the answer from you soon.
Excellent...next generation in electric vehicles...your ideas is things which I thought about but manage to do... Two thumbs guys. Keep it simple so that everyone can afford... Not just the billionaires
Your bike looks fantastic. Those 3d printed parts make it look great and sorting the wires out was a great improvement. I have seen a few bikes that can go really fast and i really like them. I'd love to see one that goes fast enough but can go a huge range. Maybe have a small bike trailer for more battery storage. Keep up the good videos, they are very helpfull.
I can't believe I only just found your Chanel. It's literally perfect for me. It's the Chanel I've been looking for, for years. So glad I finally found it
Hi greetings! the ebike was amazing! if it is not too much trouble, I would like to know where I can buy a pinion similar to the one you used in the ebike project?
Super innovative bike looks amazing well build and very fast good work guys I always enjoy watching you're video's keep them coming greatings from the Netherlands :)
I'm very surprised that the hoverboard motor makes that much torque and speed. What brand, model hoverboard did it come off of? And what size sprocket was used on the rear wheel? Well whatever was used, it looks like it was perfect for allowing plenty of speed and plenty of torque also. But please reply if you can answer my questions. Thanks!!
Hey plz tell how much voltage and wattage the motor is and how is your bike is going so fast while hoverboard motor are only 36v and 350w and approx 600 rpm Plz answer i want to make a similar bime plz
Hello all the way from England... mashallah I’m amazed the quality level of this video.. an ur 3D printer rocks maaan ... this gives me ideas for me own DIY ebike project
Mashallah Weldon Weldon this is a great project indeed a great achievement Please I have a question the maximum volt for the motor is 45v if u use a 80v speed controller is that what makes it run fast ?
You guys are doing a great job making DIY projects. Countries like India and Pakistan need to inspire the next gen to be great engineers. Also the video quality is just amazing, I would really appreciate if you can link some basic blueprints in the comments so others can try these projects out. Love from India👍👍
Bro the motor is only getting the amount that is in the battery 84v is limit of the motor controller not cureent volt so if he uses a 48v battery in a 84v motor controller the motor controller will only use the amount in the battery so the controller is getting only 48v
I'm not sure why you didn't make a mid drive system with the hoverboard motor. I made one with a hoverboard motor it's very simple. And you have the option to ride. Like a normal pedal bike without the power. With no resistance
Great to see that all this is possible to do on our own now. Have you thought about selling this as a pre assembled kit. Pretty sure lot of people will be waiting for a product like this in the market
How about a"FREEWAY -"CRUISER"..(MAYBE.. (?)-60 mi-per-hour . . would be sufficient to "keep pace with the "slower.. (?)-"traffic . .? ("what do you think . .?
At 7:15 you mentioned in series voltage is 84 volts. The battery says 36 × 2 = 72 volts how much voltage can a hoverboard motor take can you give more details
For sure... Its rated for 350w and he is pushing 3kw+ but the gearing limiting the speed to 60 may decrease amps at top speed, so the constant wattage should be like only 1kw at full speed (still too much for that motor) but if used in short period isn't that much of a deal (maybe he could oil cool the motor)
Hi! In the minute 7:10 he clearly says that they're connecting the two 10s packs in series ,which provide 72v nominal (36v ×2), and 84v fully charged (42v × 2).
Hey guys ul rock I see your video regular it seems ul r professional doing all that diy great. I want to develop a small scooter with 220v brush motor with 12v battery inverter is it practical what would be its pros and con if I do plz explain

Nice idea, well done. The only thing is having that motor spinning so close to your feet could be dangerous. So perhaps some kind of cover to protect your feet and legs.

Amazing 👍,but make sure to connect balancer to lithium batteries to ensure safety.
Yes, we have connected the 10s BMS to each battery pack.
I’m just amazed at what you two can do with those Hoover board motors. You guys are amazing.
Thanks a lot.

Great Job there but with this bike does it have problem with breaks because I think the brakes cant handle the speed of a normal bike
Dear brother, which 3D printer and which printing material and which printing software did you use?
Hi my friend, I am from Brasil. Do you can show how change settings of the motor?

What happened to the unlimited energy magnet motor?
already thought about using the gear again and test how your ebike will be with the option to change gears?

Nice Bike. You speak English well I like. You have a beautiful accent. I Like your thoughts on the higher voltage require less amps.

And u run it at 3kw controller?
Please answer thanks!
Would love to see what would happen if u put alternator also on front tire
The hooverboard motor only 36V, with 15km/h runs. Did you rewinding the motor to get higher voltage?
Can you give us a video about how to make the controlor 350w hovrboord

Why did you change the enclosure. It works as a heat sink.
Yes you are right, but we have design the new enclouser having small heat sink which is enough to cool and it work pretty good.
Thumbs up man , good n impressive work...
Awsome work, hope you could shoot more footage of testing like uphill off road etc.
Very good job
What is to be considered in making the bike fast is it the battery or controller?
Could you make it faster by rewinding the stator?
Which camera do you use. Plzzz reply sir
