Hey David, you have no idea how much this series will help people who want to work in DC TAC. I am working with Arista, from the past 3 yrs and I remember searching for this kind of video at the beginning. Guys, please help this person to achieve his goal ASAP, 1M.
With your videos as a part of my motivation i did complete a IT-security education. And today i got my first certification on check point firewalls.(CCSA) Keep it up :)
David I love your comment that some people including myself, do not have the opportunity to work with this kind of equipment. This series is very much appreciated!
Thank you for this! I absolutely LOVE the 8300 series not showing every interface in the show run. Only the configured interfaces. Makes life so much easier, I wish every switch did this.

@David I know this is a long shot, but any chance you can get a video going about Citrix and netscaler? And MCS VS PVS. Citrix has been around for a loooong time and I just landed a jr citrix engineer with the opportunity to learn from the bottom up and get a decent paycheck.
Thank you David!!! I asked for this video a while back when you gave us your first video for the Aruba and you delivered! Again thank you very much sir!!!
Amazing and very valuable content as always. We normally don't get to see such kinds of infrastructure in our normal life. Please do keep it coming...!!! We need more such kind of Data Center related configuration videos. Thank you, you are the Best.
Hello David, seeing you first time and you are perfect !!! Nice tools, nice talk, you go step by step so even beginner must understand a bit. Thank you
Hey David, again thanks for such a great and informative video. It truly helps us newbies in understanding the technology as well as sessing the gear in real life, especially configuration. Many thanks David, please keep posting more these beneficial videos.
-Thank you very much for the knowledge professor David Bombal...!!! -Really HP makes really good devices I still want to work with Aruba devices someday as they are in my top 5 vendors with excellence. -Thanks for the knowledge Professor David Bombal...!!!
please I need help, I wanna know which brand could be considered worse or better when compared, I'm between Dell, Aruba, Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco switches, I wanna know which Layer 3 distribution/core switch from each brand compare to each other, I want it for home use, money isn't an issue, but I've seen people hating on Dell's CLI, some loving the Aruba CLI, others hating how complicated alcatel switches are...I mean, in terms of features, L3 capabilities, reliability and CLI, which one is as good as cisco? aruba? that's my first choice for example but I'm not really sure, I need your experience on this
Dear David, nice to see all your video. so would you like to demo and compare with type of module and direct attach how and when to used it. sometime it is so conflict to me. thx
Pls, David, mine must be a stupid question. Pardon me. When we say, "100GbE", does it apply solely to the 'speed' of file movement within the network? Or does it also affect internet 'speed' within the same network? Given that 25mbps, 50mbps may be the best most ordinary folk can get.
This kind of equipment is implemented in data centers or in big companies with necessity to transfer massive amount of data (companies wich are likely to have dedicated multi GBit internet connections). Usually these switches are used to guarantee server access to a wide number of users. There is no use for such equipment in a domestic environment.
i want to ask about another things, how can make Mac Address filtering, i means i want to block all devices, that not from my network to connect to LAN or WLAN. i know that is an option in DHCP-Server, but i have more than one DHCP-Server and not of all have an option " MAC filtering", Note: i have Aruba SW and Fortient Firewall. Thanks alot
