It’s one of my favourite dishes Kothu Paratha with Kurma 😋😋 I am Katti with you Tanmay - Coming to Chembur , literally close to my house and not informing me 😡 Anyways understand your busy schedule . However your next visit to Mumbai , we need to meet dear . Yes Kothu means , literally smashing the Paratha . This place is in Shell Colony , chembur , authentic for veg Kothu paratha . There are other restaurants nearby where they serve Kothu Paratha with egg ( original style ) . Its origin traces back to 1960’s a dish that was invented by Tamilians in Trincomalee , Sri Lanka . Good job Vikram bro for talking Tanmay & Gayan to Ayappan restaurant, Chembur 👍👍 Mariappan Pandi rocks 👍 So finally on your table you have Veg Kothu Paratha with gravy 👍 Gayan bro it has nothing to do with Masala Pav . It’s totally unique and delicious 😋 I like it spicy 😋 Ayappan’a Pineapple Sheera is top notch 💯💯💯 Their curd rice is more of milk rice and lets it fermented. The pickle is called Oorga and a great combo with the Curd Rice 🍚. Oh wow you also tasted their delectable Ven Pongal . It’s class bro 👌👌 This chembur vlog has to rock and garner a Million views . I am so happy that you genuinely enjoyed the dishes at Ayappan . I just spoke to Mariappan Anna and told him how much you liked the dishes . They have one more branch in Matunga that’s run by his paternal Uncle . I think you have a vlog done there. Anyways being a Chembur-ite a million likes from me on this super special Sunday vlog . We've so many parotta varieties kothu parotta,chilli parota,kizhi parotta,bun parota,coin parota poricha parota even in vegetarian varient there is a salna which is the best side for parota I'm vegetarian so we eat it in veg restaurant or i make it in home
