You are a business person buy and sale seems your business. I don’t think that you are going to stay here. Dehradun is much better the summer is hardly there for 10 to weeks. I noticed handful number of vehicles only came to opposite direction. It’s nice but I don’t think that I can stay here for more than few days.

The biggest problem in living in hilly areas is shortage of medical facilities. If you are living at bhowali, ramgarh areas you need to reach hanldawali in case of medical emergency. Uttarakhand is not that much develop in field of medical facilities.

Bhai Ji, commercial land par aapko documented business karna hoga within the two years of permission otherwise your land will be taken by Govt. So, you cann't use this land for your personal use only. I am sure on this because I got my land purchase permission from Tehri DM and Udoya vibhag. 100s of land owner got notice regarding the same and in recent case one politician from UP lost his land.
