Dover Oildraulic Hydraulic Elevators (Impulse Fixtures) in Tacoma, WA

This is the first upload from my trip to the Pacific Northwest!
This is a very old building. These elevators were either added on or completely replaced older elevators.
Notice the elevator intercom outside of the elevator. I think this is a WA code requirement for elevators installed after a certain date. I think this is to allow communication with passengers inside of the elevator in the event of trapped passengers or an emergency.
