I have the same welder a few months back. It has done a great job at both stick and flux core wire welding! So far I am very pleased. My dad was a millwright and is a proficient welder. He has used it several times and he is equally impressed with it.
I own a Titanium.. it's excellent.. but I do also want one of these Vulcan 220s... They have a really good duty cycle....and their power output is very good for the price of these welder's
I’ve heard very good things about the titanium welder, I’m very happy with the Vulcan and will be doing a update video on it soon ! For the price it’s a great welder !
6 weeks ago i didn't own a welder. Decided to get a Titanium 125 flux for around the house. Got to Harbor Freight and they had a coupon for the Titanium 170. Said ..meh. I could do bigger rolls of wire and maybe i''ll get 240 ran to my shop one day and could go bigger so i got it. Then i ran 240 to my shop and decided id like to try stick welding too. So i found a Vulcan 220 coupon valid until 12/20 for 879.00. So i took my Titanium back and now have a 220 and have spent about 10x more than i had initially planned. Sad thing is i really have no use for a welder but man i love making stuff with it.
