I can't say anything, my Crossbone passion is too strong. Disappointing cape though, but it was to be expected. At least it has one. (*cough cough Gundam The End*)

fyi for those that want to switch faceplates on this kit and the full cloth u can pull up on the head while grabing the chin area the head comes off the head like a helmet

I wanna see a phantom gundam kit. Right now I'm working on kit bashing the V2 with the Denial, Age FX, crossbone, shining, and God Gundams. I can tell it's gonna be a pain in the ass.

I actually found an easy way to swap the face plate when I'm building my HGBF X1 Full Cloth. Take off the Skull & and V-fin piece and you can see a hole with the peg of red parts inside , use a tweezers or toothpick to push down the red part and voila ! The face pieces just slide down smoothly and you can swap the face plate :)
12:40 Are the skirt anchors exclusive to the X1 Kai, or does the original X1 have them as well?
where I live, the premium crossbone is literally double the price of the regular one
the master grade version uses stickers too for the yellow parts. really disappointing. I expected less stickers for the mg

This kit I cant go for. I literally got some cloth from Micheal's and made a cape. Without the cape and bullywhips the weapons are the same. They could have made this a regular kit. The problem with the Crossbone Gundam is design wise they are the same but in different colors with few variations. I went with the MGs for these after the X1 and the X2 I got
Does any one know where I could just get the cloak of this from? I ordered the wrong kit and it didn't have a cloak in it.
Neox7gr3 honestly you don't want the cloak included with this kit, it sucks. If you can, get the outline of it and make your own.

Zakuaurelius, can you help me? I bought a hg crossbone X1 full cloth, very similar to this one. It came with a lot of yellow and black stickers to put on the end of the armor cape and red ones to cover some lines on it. It's my second gundam and I'm not in condition to fully paint it, as I don't have money to buy all the paints, but I do want to get rid of some of those stickers. Can I use red and yellow gundam markers to paint it? Or should I use a different type of paint? I feel like the ink of the gundam marker will not stay on the plastic, but I don't know an easier way to do the work. All I want for now is to cover that details of red and yellow of the kit.

+Diogenes Leite I would suggest using a small brush and some enamel paint. I'd recommend Tamiya, but whatever brand you can find should work. You'll also need some thinner just for cleaning up. +ZakuAurelius hello again. I have another question. I tried using some enamel paint made in my country and it didn't work the way I expected. I don't know if it was the quality of the paint or if I did something wrong, but it looked very liquid and transparent. Should I necessarily use a primer before? I'm considering expending a little more and buy tamiya paint to try out.
The piece that I tried to paint was a dark blue one. Don't know if it is another problem.

Just got the USA P-Bandai Re-release of this and I live it except for that piece of trashbag they call a cape. I am thinking of making template off of the cape so I can maybe cut one out of cloth.
And the waist ball joint sucks.
Out of all the versions of the various Crossbone Gundams which is really the best? Seems as if every Crossbone has big disappoints in many ways...
I think they're all pretty great actually. The problem is with the Crossbone's design itself. It has a lot of tiny color apps that are just not possible to recreate in HG form without a lot of stickers.
The cape kinda looks like a ghost. But only when it's off the kit.

Now that the RG is out... I feel this is a better value kit. Out here in the US, I mean.
ASID Popzz Dude this is P Bandai how is this a better value kit than the rg. The rg comes with all the accessories that this kit have including the cloth piece.

My issue with the X1 is that the head is an exceptional design, but it's on an unremarkable body.. I want to like it, but I'm not sure if it'd be worth it in the end
it's a shame this kit doesn't have an HGUC F91 style method for changing the faceplate. also if you want to get an actual shield for this kit then you should pick up the High Grade build custom Skull Weapon option set.

+Garrett Iverson turns out this kit does have an F91 style face changing mechanic where you just lift the helmet off the head. I saw it in another video. no need to take the whole head apart to change the face.

Don't really care about crossbone series since bandai just randomly throwing kits on PB......I mean I can get those kit in retail shop but I need to pay like triple of the original price.....fuck it....just fuck it.
