@ 2:09 Nope, your BILT card (and most credit cards) won't cover a cargo van. And usually, your regular auto insurance won't cover moving vehicles either. BILT terms: "Rental Car means a motor vehicle with at least four wheels that is designed to be driven on public roads. Vans are not covered, except those designed as small-group transportation vehicles (seating up to nine (9) people, including the driver) are covered."
hello im planning on my first U-haul Rental, i wanna know if did you drive to the location to pick up the rental or you rode Uber? If you drove do they have a parking for personal cars who just rent for a couple of hours? thankyou

Best to call the place to confirm. Every location is different. But the place I went to I was able to drive to and leave my personal car.
