    Very informative, thank you. I had a radical prostatectomy 06/2017 with no follow up radiation. My PSA was .01 12/22 and .02 11/23. I will continue due diligence.

    My Gleason 6 was successfully treated by Dr. Roach 17 years ago with Hormone Therapy, IMRT Radiation and Brachytherapy.

      Yes absolutely. It has happened to me. But it needs to be interpreted in context. I had a prostatectomy in 2015 with PSA being undetectable (reported as
