I had to do this one time, but that taught me a valuable lesson. I keep my vehicles longer than most people do so every 2 years I remove and replace ALL brake bleeder screws. I've found that in that time period it's too short for them to become seized and it's an easy job that's not very costly. You won't even need to bleed the brakes unless you want to as part of the vehicle's maintenance.

Whenever I open a bleeder , I wire brush the threads and put a film of anti seize on the threads . Also on thermostat , exhaust and other bolts that rust .

I replace mine with titanium bleed nipples and do a brake fluid change every 2 years

If doing the job at home start applying a good penetrant to the bleeder screw a week before you do the job. A couple applications can save you a lot of screwing around and expense.

I had success by MIG welding a flat washer to the bleed screw and then welding a nut to the washer, the heat penetrates quickly and then quickly cool the area with wet cloth. The nut had good leverage the heated and cooled screw lost its adhesion.

Don’t forget to use a little anti-seize when you put the new blender screw in

Boil a kettle and pour hot water over the alloy. Saves burning rubber seals.

Aerokroil for rusted fasteners. But in the case of the bleeder shown, threads seemed pretty good - it was gunked up down the bore below the threads. Somebody needs to service those a little more often...
I change fluid and bleed every two years - just simply exercising that fitting helps prevent problems later, and always keep dust caps on/replace any starting to crack. I suspect that fitting had been naked for many years.
