She wasn’t unhinged, overly emotional, or out of control in any context. She was calm, calculating, and highly manipulative. She wasn’t even crying uncontrollably, her crying was so performative she couldn’t keep crying when someone asked her a question! And it’s soo telling that she’s holding Alexis responsible for her “episode” instead of taking responsibility and saying she needs to work on herself, but I get it, there is no episode to work on! Her frustration wasn’t because of injustice, or unfairness, her emotional responses were directly connected to her getting what she wants which is Alexis walking back her boundary of not being friends if Amber is a relationship with Erica. If Alexis does have BPD having a friend in an unstable relationship could potentially trigger her. Feeling helpless and unable to protect someone she cares about. Ambers lies and Manipulation is also potentially triggering! I don’t even have BPD but it made my hair stand on end watching all Ambers manipulation tactics play out. She’s never expressed her care for Alexis, her desire to protect her from harm or stress. Whenever she brought up Alexis being in a potentially toxic relationship it was to shut her up, not to actually protect her. Why do you need your friend to make a public apology to your girlfriend for your combined mental health? Alexis did all the emotional work for you by setting the boundary of not being friends anymore. Emily never has to talk to her or deal with her again, yes people think she’s a creep, but Alexis made a great point that if her mental health is suffering this severely maybe she’s not ready for a relationship? Maybe she needs to heal before being in a public relationship with a lolcow!

Amber takes all her value from being wanted by other people so it follows that Amber would show all her messages and show off how many pics she got and how many gorls she talks too. It's massively sad. We all value ourselves in different ways, things like career, being a good parent, doing volunteering etc but when you base your value 100% on what others think of you, you give them a lot of power over you.
