How to kill Rashala on Customs (Escape from Tarkov)

I was running around fortress and thought it was a scav. I shot one of his guards and 4 of them tossed nades and scattered. I managed to kill them and reshala while having a heavy bleed. Thank god their AI is so easy to exploit
