It is hilarious when people over praise bf3 as Battlefield 2 was the longest lasting and most consistent in popularity out of all the battlefields, the rest just merely became brief cameos in popularity in the gaming world. What we imply here, is that Dice needs to remaster BF2 to get back on their feet.

Real War is a mod that consists of the original Battlefield 2 and addons such as Armored Fury and Euro Forces, Special Forces, Point OF Existence 2 and many maps, models and equipment from these other mods. For example, all engineers have stingers for fight with aviation! Also Real War has a Capture The Flag mode.

Edit: Just been watching and it's clear your a newbie or need a refresher for this game
1.) You can't join a squad when you are dead. Why? Because you are dead.
2.) I notice you keep dying in the tank out of nowhere. Why? Because as a tank, attack helicopters are your worst nightmare. Watch the skies.
3.) Remember, unlike the later battlefields with laser beams as guns this requires wit and experience.

There seems like there's still a pretty strong community going here. I just bought the game on Ebay and plan on jumping back in again. I thought this was one of the best BF games, if not THE best (I think that 2142 is still pretty high up there).
