Epic snook bite!! Snook, redfish, and iguanas kayak fishing on Sanibel, Island

Come join me on a journey to Sanibel Island, Florida! Today I take a quick trip out to Tarpon Bay. On the way, I have a heck of a time hooking several fish, despite the water still being brown from Tropical Storm/Hurricane Debbie. I also see some iguanas taking a swim to a mangrove island! I like that you keep it simple and fish from a paddle kayak. Many channels fish from pedal kayaks or kayaks with motors, fish finders, power poles, etc. Nice to see someone keeping it simple and catching fish. My son and I also fish from inexpensive kayaks not designed for fishing and we have a blast.

Thank you so much!! I totally agree. Definitely feels more rewarding when kayak fishing is in its simplified form. There's a time and place for all of that equipment you listed, but not for me right now!
