13:03 “funny looking bus”...love it
Major intersection near me was being upgraded into 4-way traffic lights, during roadworks, signs were up at every point stating “no right turn, buses excepted”...p-plater turned right with unmarked copper behind him, pulled him over...I happened to be walking the dog and saw the whole thing
Loved the cop...walks up casually and first thing he asks...innocently and politely “are you a bus mate?” I burst out laughing and driver was not happy
4:55 car is wrong.
1. Was not indicating it was wanting to change lanes
2. Crossed in part the solid white line.
Also note the driver of the red car failed to give way to traffic coming up behind them, which included the cyclist. Unsafe maneuver.
Agree.
I’m a cyclist, and I think they’re both dicks.
The cyclist should have seen that the car was indicating, and should have given way, especially given the car was well in front of him and he adequate time to stop.
And the driver is a dick for not checking his blind spot before trying to squeeze across into that small gap to turn left just that little bit faster.
@@insanitycreek , not to mention there is no 'Green lane' to indicate that the car had to give way.
But yes, they are both dickheads to be sure.
@@insanitycreek The red car only started to indicate after it had moved over and almost forced the cyclist off the road.
Remember whenever you typed in "dashcam footage" you got nothing but Russian clips? Those days are gone.
Harasho droog!
I was thinking China.
Maybe some Canadian crash clips too.
Amen! I was intrigued by the concept of dash cams, but Russia as a country depresses me. So I was glad when I started seeing more channels about the United States and Canada, and even ones about the metro area I'm in. And Australia and New Zealand, since I find both countries fascinating.
@@BadDriversOz ya ne govoryu po Russki.

Anyone thinking that the cyclist is wrong (4:55) are also demonstrating that they are unfit to drive any vehicle on the road. Fortunately, the majority of comments support traffic laws and common sense. Keep up the good work Scotts, very entertaining vids.
That's a good one , I think the cyclist shouldn't of hit the car . People now days don't check the bike lane .
A typical response , cyclists are never in the wrong.
3:04 ZAG Construction, owner James Bonola of Templestowe, Victoria. Best not do anything stupid on the public road with your company name for all to see and look up online.
obviously the roids are still kicking after his latest sesh of looking at himself in the mirror.
Who's at fault...? The driver. The actions should have been...Mirror, Signal, Mirror, Manoeuvre...and not...Manoeuvre, Signal, and what use is a mirror except for when I'm putting my makeup on...?!
Agreed one is supposed to look to insure they can safely change lanes and that includes driving over the Bicyclist lane
I second this motion
Agreed! However, when on a bike, scooter, pedestrian, it pays dividends to not be so fussy about who's got the right of way since being right doesn't make you any less injured...or dead!
You for got to shoulder check yourself.
So you ask who was at fault the bicycle or car, well the car was the bicyclists was in his lane. This video was really good i like the blue tunnel vision 🤗👍💞.
The cyclist is wrong because he is wearing bike shorts and for simply being on the road but the car is wrong for not indicating.
Loved all the comments from the bus driver..I feel his pain..I drive every day for a living and the things some drivers do are so stupid and dangerous you just don't know if you will make it home.
It says something that the most sensible thing seen while waiting at red lights was a street entertainer...
A lot of toilet roll hoarders in this episode.
When you have to crap, you do some stupid shit lol
That bus driver is a dead set legend!
Who's wrong at 5:00? The driver. At least for changing lanes without an indicator (it didn't come on till the move was underway) and negligent in the move (moving across the lane line when not safe).
04:49 - "Who is wrong, the cyclist or the driver?" I think that the driver is in the wrong because he/she went into the cyclist's lane without looking in his/her wing mirror and he/she did not put his/her left indicator on.
16:11 - Can somebody please tell me what that tune is called? Thank you.

Red light runners and double liners- love it!
I love all the peoples reactions on the bus "Ohhhhh, Ohhhh" hahah
11:00 I have been watching Scott's vids for so long now that (no joke) when I see someone on the wrong side of the road I find myself yelling "Bloody Yanks!" :)
6:55 - Illegally parked here means if your vehicle gets hit or even totaled and its illegally parked, its all on you.
In my driver Ed class, many years ago, I learned that a double line on a street or highway meant NO passing. NOT pass when it's safe. The staggered lines on a street or highway showed safe passing was legal.
Also, in the same class, I learn what the different colored lights meant on a traffic control device. Red, as the red of a stop sign, meant stop, just as does a stop sign. Green meant it was my turn to go. And amber meant be prepared to stop.
I guess from my time in drive Ed until now, the meaning of traffic lights have changed, or at least some in those clips believe they've changed.
Driver is in the wrong. Cyclist was fine. I think it was a "I'm here you pillock" tap.
bike is in wrong its give way to your right.
It's not a round-a-bout, you knob
Ahhh Scottie, could set a watch by your releases. Thank you for another episode of fuckwittery.
I need to set a clock... do you have another link ?
3:33 DAMN!!! Seeing the falcon swing around like that, thought he went completely out of control and was about to smash into the gutter or wall or tree or something 😭
The bus ones reminded me of an incident between me and a Public Transport bus (or whatever they call themselves these days) here in WA. We're supposed to give way to buses exiting a bus stop. Well, IMHO a bus driver shouldn't just pull out into traffic. One driver did just that to me. I was halfway past the bus, which hadn't indicated when she suddenly pulled out. She missed me because I swerved into the oncoming lane, no oncoming traffic thank goodness, and then she drove through a pedestrian crossing, with pedestrians on it, and just kept going. A bloke on the footpath took a photo with his phone and said he was sending it to the cops and her bosses. I never heard anything from anyone in authority, hope she had the book thrown at her.
driver was in the wrong. he should of done his blind spot checks
The clip at 6:20 the road the car is travelling the Darwin airport runway was about 500m to the right when the car was around 300m from the traffic lights.Best spot when f15s and other fighters takeoff and land
14:02 left towing truck has just picked up 2 possible cars ran red lights. Yet truck was about to get his turn.
4:55 car is wrong.
1. Was not indicating before starting commencing lanes change.
2. Crossed in part the solid white line.
Hi there i do love to see what drivers get up to it makes my day but this is one for sometime that there has not been one from Tasmania but one think i well say when some of us get behind the wheel some of us do not no the road rules. So time ago i was teaching some one to drive and i showed them your video this is not the way to drive so all the best to you and keep them coming.
Thanks :)

Loved the light tunnel bridge. Do they change the colors or is it the same color all the time?
Changes colour continuously
@@izonozi now that sounds amazing
4:55 clearly the driver. You don't try and squeeze through a gap and then block the cycle lane in the process. You wait until the traffic moves and then move over whilst indicating.
The commentary on these are amazing.
He’s going one way it just happens to be the wrong way one way . Lol 😆
At 4:58, neither participant are completely innocent; the line marking the cycle lane appears to have finished, so car is allowed to move across, BUT they appear to have done so by inches; not clever. Cyclist seems more intent on their own progress than sharing road space, and is spectacularly intolerant with the "outta my way!" attitude. Both parties could use a helping of tolerance and good manners...
Dotted line means the traffic that crosses it needs to yield. The cycle lane has not ended.
@@vertxxyz Fair enough point. Majority opinion seems to favour cyclist, but I still feel he should have been more tolerant. Harmony between road users (which we must surely all wish for) will always require a modicum of tolerance and forgiveness from all. It's those who stand on the minutae and nuances of the law to justify their position that trouble me most, because like the Pharisees of 2000yrs ago, they have lost sight of the PURPOSE of the law amongst the WORDS of the law. The cyclist could have anticipated the probability of somebody needing to move across at the end of the solid line, and in a kindlier spirit adjusted his speed to let them...
@@mikethecabbie8476 I'd much rather drivers learn harsh lessons before they kill or injure cyclists, motorcyclists, or pedestrians, because they don't look or indicate properly. I think it's completely understandable when less advantaged road users react strongly if their spaces are encroached on recklessly, as they don't have the luxury of a protective metal box.
Likewise it's understandable when drivers are angry when cyclists fail to follow the rules as it makes it much easier to be put in endangering situations
4:50 the driver is in the wrong, turning traffic should give way.
@@johnt.848 If you're turning across the path of another vehicle, you must give way. Anytime that you turn at an intersection, you must give way to: Oncoming vehicles going straight ahead (if you are turning right). Oncoming vehicles turning left (if you are turning right).
@@johnt.848 Give way rules
Give Way rules
Road rules that allow all road users to know who needs to give way and when they can go safely.
for private driveways
The place where a private driveway meets a road is not an intersection.
If you're coming out of a driveway or turning into it, you must give way to everyone else already on the road. This includes bike riders using a cycle lane or path and people walking on the footpath.
4:17 - I assume the "helmet-cammer" just missed a red-light-runner by a couple of seconds or so. This was a "blink and you'll miss it" segment.
7:32 - _Smokey and the Van-dit_
Yeah, my wife complained when she saw that smoke coming out of that vehicle and on our car.
While the driver in this case is probably at fault, cyclits do need to learn to share the road and realise they do not always have right of way. I've been in a situation where I was at a red light, turning left, and a cyclit came up to the left of me, within 1 metre, then I had to wait for him to move on before I could turn - no cycle lane by the way, the cyclit just thought he had right of way
2:22 saved the woman’s life... 2 seconds later, she would have been cable-tied to the truck’s grill.
Good video, definitely say the trucker driver at 10:17 pulled out and cut off the car
I'd love to see the couple of seconds before that one. Just looked it up and it's right near berowra ferry

Lady on the phone was in the right. She looked and there was no oncoming traffic, the car turning from the other road must give way, this includes to pedestrians. Evan if they are on the phone
No
+1sexyleg
Pedestrians need to pay just as much attention to traffic on the roads as drivers of vehicles. She failed to look both ways before crossing, so the driver (she didn't see) coming from the other direction wouldn't have had enough time to give way. Road sense doesn't just apply to drivers and cyclists but pedestrians as well.
that spot at Motto farm it is common to see illegal U turns by trucks
The video of the red car at 4:57ish. It was the driver who was in the wrong. The bike lane was marked to be a bike line. Also where the the driver was trying to turn was marked to give way. So that would mean the driver is in the wrong.
The Commodore Ute, has one car ever caused so much chaos and destruction.
What are the Bogans moving to now, Ranger dual cabs?
Hilux and Amarok dual cab utes
Alan J The Ford Rangers and VW Amaroks take the cake. The Holden Colorados are mild in comparison.
06:24 - had a number of incidents like this here in NZ and when you toot at these cretins, they have the audacity to flip the bird at you - either the driver, the passenger or both! They're totally in the wrong, yet they feel justified to flip you off as though you're the problem. I'm just waiting for the day when they do it to an unmarked cop and I witness it!
So can you forward the to police and they can be prosecuted ? ? Really want to know as I have dash cam footage that would be priceless 😆
what's a double line and red light smorgasboard, and the amount of people that turn from outside lane.

5:01 the driver is in the wrong
1st mistake: Driver failed to check rear mirror, side mirror, blind spot before turning left, especially when he just passed the biker on the left.
2nd mistake: Biker shouldn't punch driver's car in any circumstance, as mad as the biker, the justice should still come from police, as a fine ticket or something else, not by the biker himself.
Driver in the wrong, he didn't indicate until he was already merging, otherwise the cyclist could have given way.
I love the Bach.
WOW these people are all kinds of Special!!!🤪🤪🤪😳😳
Driver, merge unsafe - left gives way to right; but, with what looks like a bike lane?
The street performer in the last clip at least puts on a show before he asks you to put $$$ in his hat. Here in Austin, they don't put on a show, or even have the hat. All we get is a cardboard sign. 😕
RodMan DealerMan I guess we have the educated, talented, but unlucky beggars
car driver, didn't fucking look in his mirrors and crossed a solid white line.. If I was the cyclist I would have given him a an earful - if he got mouthy gave him a shoeing --dangerous as fuck. Being hit by a car hurts. ~Trooper
Agree with you Toby
LOL Thanks for the laughs.
No applause for the juggler at the very end?
Cool bridge.
3:50 - I used to live at the shops at Vaucluse and that wanker in the Rolls isn't an orphan.
5:12 Does merging count as a parking violation?
@5:00 The Driver is in the wrong for failing to check mirrors, indicate then shoulder check before moving over.
You may drive on, across or outside edge lines for up to 100 metres only if you are:
Stopping
Overtaking on the inside of vehicles turning right or, in a one way street, overtaking vehicles turning left
Turning off or onto the road by the shortest route
Turning left or right at intersections
Driving a slow moving vehicle.
If you look closely the car didn't indicate until the rider was literally right next to him. Which was the exact time the driver bothered to notice the rider.
This one is ALL the drivers fault, however had the rider noticed the slight movement of the vehicle heading towards the line, and hit his brakes hard, he might have stopped in time but I highly doubt it. But it is still the drivers fault.
Driver Vs Cyclist, driver was wrong. The bike lane is another lane to change across indicating and mirror check still applies.
The police pulled over a car that did this to me, I was on my way to work (AKA not apart of the Lycra brigade).
Sitting at a red light and some guy walks out in the crosswalk and plays with his balls?
This shows society going down the toilet with peoples attitudes.
5:00 50/50. Cyclist shouldn’t have insisted on going past, and driver should’ve indicated sooner. Just bad judgement on both ends, really.
The bicycle is the same as any other vehicle in this case. The red car signaled late and changed lanes unsafely, cutting off another vehicle. I'd have to say the red car is 100% at fault.
@@bills6093 They should also have spotted the cyclist as they came down the road well before the turn.
@@54macdog Especially as the cyclist was in a marked cycle lane.
5:05..both have a part to play
Driver should have looked, saw bike coming and not attempted to go into the forming lane as soon as was possible (line marking show it was a LEGAL manuever)
Bike should have also seen the lane forming, and car indicating to move across and been more wary, and also should not have given into (understandable) urges to lash out in road rage...
The car didn't indicate until after it had moved across and almost forced the bike off the road.
The car is in the wrong, simple really
16:05 this goes for any somewhat high end brand cars
5:04 car at fault, as he turned before lines permitted him too....
FYI car was at fault but no because of lines can driver over them to enter the turning lane , the issue was a give way fail :)
5:04. Driver at fault. Gotta check your mirrors, and do a head check, not to mention there is no lane where they are going, and, the #1 rule of the road, you must always give way to pedestrians and cyclists.
@@johnt.848 If you hit a pedestrian or cyclist you will be out at fault unless you can prove that they jumped out in front of you. So yes, it is actually a rule, just not in those exact words
Did I spot a 1973 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow misbehaving in this clip?
R-R Silver Shadow definitely; misbehaving possibly.

I could hear Vince Sorrenti.
Is it legal in Australia to change lanes in an intersection?
Yes if you obey all other rules eg not over unbroken lines , give way , indicate etc :)
4:55 Driver failed to signal before moving over, BUT the cyclist should not be passing without more caution.
What is the wire fence close to the window for?
Want to be more specific?
its used on trucks and buses etc to prevent the Windows smashing when they hit various animals on the roads

16:14 2 Bozo's: one on the fun side of traffic entertainment, the other (silver car) on the wrong side of the law...
Outstanding cammers
A lot of trucks and buses this time
Definetely the car was wrong. Driver must give way to any traffic when changing lanes, even if using indicator correctly, this doesn’t grant him right of the way (like many people may think).
What's particularly funny about 12:04?
Part of the problem is that you have certain demographics who are given 1 lesson then a license by similar demographics, there are hoons who think they are awesome fanging away down roads causing chaos, you have people who have no idea what the road rules are, and you have people who live in their own little worlds of self privilege...there needs to be bigger fines for those that break the law..that will be a deterrent. because the measures at the moment arent working.
