Disinformation Campaign.. I freaking hate this card, How many rage quits did I get each time I played against it, And I never built a deck around it due to pride. Just kidding, its about to rotate when I start playing arena (so it takes about a month of suffering against it).
So, I tried to recreate the disinformation campaign deck with the current set. and I'm surprised its my first time of creating a deck that I didn't tweak that much or play-test it a bunch to make it work, I just replaced Duress with Dreams of Steel and Oil and Insatiable Avarice with Land (since 26 lands are not enough)

Note: I only choose Binding Negotiation as a discard spell because I prefer to know what the opponent has in hand, plus it could remove the card that plots. Dreams of Steel and Oil, for aggro and reanimator
