Hi, I walked to the terminal the day before and bought directly there. I am not sure you can buy the on the same day, but I assume yes, you just need to arrive early. Some time slots may be sold out. There were tickets with various prices depending on the time you leave. I bought the cheapest. If you buy in person, you can pay cash, which means it will cost you only less than a half of what you would pay online or credit card. When you go to western Union in Argentina, you get twice the cash you would normally get in a bank, ATM or currency exchange.
