    Missandei's eyes are interesting but the Naathi are described as having golden eyes. It's THE trait of them. Plus only one place in the Known World has CotF and it's Westeros. The Crannogmen have rumours about having CotF blood, but they are pretty normal.

The COTF killed the real Missandei and took her place. It's strange that one of her brothers dies after being freed and her+ the other one are suspiciously unupset about it.

    I think the real issue will be when Daenerys crosses the Narrow Sea, because if Missande is a child of the Forrest of any kind, she would be one of Essos.
    In Martin’s series “cross breeding “ as far as entire species (think pig men, giants, men, children of the forest, those with powerful Magics) is very very rare.
    It’s theorized that the blood magic of old Valeria make it far more possible at a catastrophic cost.
    If they travel from Essos to Westeros, the goals of the continental Forrest children will likely not be the same.I think she is trustworthy to an extent, but that her true purpose ( Martin writes in a way that balance is extremely important as well as sacrifice / destiny).
    I don’t believe Daenerys’s thirst for the throne is her downfall. I believe her true home being in Essos with her lemon trees, and her inability to make Westeros her home will drive her cause into the ground. Missande could likely be just as unhelpful in the books after they land as in the show, because her true purpose is to help Daenerys in her actual true purpose. To be happy.
    As cool as this theory is I kinda hope it’s not true because there’s so much of the world lore that would need to be explored to like make this make sense at all.

    This could somewhat help support another theory I'm quite fond of, that Daenerys is half targaryen, half stark. That she was born around Dorne (hence the lemon trees) and that her parents were Rhaegar and Lyanna. Aside from the evidence (you'll have to read into it elsewhere) being guided by a child of the forest would make sense, if she truly is descended from the Magic of Old Valyria and the Magic of the Forests.

    • @lewismoreton4856
      @lewismoreton4856 6 месяцев назад +11

      @@minmani1784 Oh i know! It's one of my absolute favourites. I can't remember where i first read about it (probably Reddit or other RUclips Videos) but there were several pieces of evidence that could hint at it.
      One of the strongest points of evidence comes in Daenerys few memories of her early childhood, where she and Viserys were supposedly growing up in the Free City of Bravos. She remembers a red door, a beautiful lemon tree, stone walls the colours of pinks and creams, and wooden furnishings carved into animal shapes. What's strange is when Arya is in Bravos training at the House of Black and White, she learns that it's a Westerosi misconception that there are trees in Bravos. There is not a single lemon grown anywhere in that part of the world. However, Dorne is famously known for their Lemon Orchards. Combined with the animal carvings and the architecture, it's hinted that Daenerys spent her early childhood in Dorne (specifically the Water Gardens where children of commoner and nobility were protected and safe). Through Danys visions in the House of the Undying, we learn that Rhaegar knew about the Prophecy of the Song of Ice and Fire and wanted to father 3 Targaryen Children (2x girls and 1x boy to mimic Aegon and his sisters) to create the 'Prince/Princess that was Promised'. However, Princess Elia became barren after her second child. It's possible through other theories that Rhaegar discovered Lyanna was the mysterious Knight at the Tourney at Harrenhal, and either wanting a child with powerful magical heritage (or if they were spelled by Howland Reed who had just returned from the Forbidden Gods Eye), it's suggested that Rhaegar offered Lyanna freedom from her marriage proposal with Robert, where she could travel and explore and carve her own path, in exchange for a child to unite Ice and Fire. In fact, given Howland Reeds influence at the Tourney with possible Children of the Forest connections, it could be even more suspicious if Missandei really is also a Child.
      Following Roberts Rebellion, the few Targeryan survivors retreated to Dragonstone for a year or two (since the Royal Fleet had been taken/burned and Robert had to Rebuild). It's suggested that Daenerys is the daughter of Rhaegar and Lyanna, was smuggled from the Tower of Joy south through Dorne who were the Targeryans closest allies, towards the Water Gardens where as a babe she was smuggled to Dragonstone in the chaos and swapped with Queen Rhaellas stillborn child (the REAL Daenerys) and sent overseas in the safety of her family and loyal supporters. Viserys being such a young and sheltered child likely wouldn't have known what a newborn was supposed to look like, and would've believed our Daenerys was his sister and not his niece.
      There are even comparisons between Daenerys and Lyanna through the books. Lyanna was known to have the Wolf Blood in the stark family, a special confidence and wildness known in the North. Daenerys , after her marriage to Khal Drogo, becomes strong and confident long before her dragon rider bond would have developed. Lyanna was also a highly skilled natural-born horse rider. Many said she was practically half-horse herself. And at Daenerys' wedding ceremony, when she mounted her pale mare (for the first time in her life) her skills shock and impress even the horse lords themselves. It would also lend credit to why Ned was so particularly and fiercely against Robert sending assassins after Daenerys when she falls pregnant, knowing that she is his niece.

      @@lewismoreton4856I don’t think so 😅 in an old interview, the writer said that to make the decision to give D&D the rights to make the series he asked them who they thought Jon’s mother was… and they got that right. Unless they changed it specifically for the show I think HE is Lyanna’s son. Also Ned stark just would not have a child outside marriage, he just wouldn’t 😅😂 He was particularly against what Robert did, because he is against killing children (and that got him killed as he somehow wanted to protect Cersei’s children, from Robert’s wrath), but also Daenerys was almost the same age as Jon and the way they spoke about killing all the last of targeryans cut deep, he just saw how blameless she was, like his nephew.

If they travelled from Essos (or even from Westeros to Essos) it wouldn't be that big of a leap to assume some settled in Naath and has a similar encounter with the Naathi when they came.
