Here is my first map combo for ProMods 2.43 and game version 1.36. It's a free version. I don't have Black Sea DLC, so the combo has been tested without it. Load order is shown in the video and also in comments.

I understand that GS map needs a long load time. there's probably a fix at some point, but a great map. glad to hear that combo is working :-)

If i install the rusmap, And play it. Then my whole game crashes. And i did actully the same as the video told me.

You are right, my own game has also crashed several times while running RusMap.

Have you done new profile? then... first try map mods only. have you downloaded files from the links that I've given?
check also these (just in case):

-are you missing one or more map DLCs?
-are you using one or more incompatible mods?
-are you using a pirated version of Euro Truck Simulator 2?

I have a problem with loading the game. It takes near 40 minutes to load the game, every time, not just the first load with mods.
Do you have any suggestions for that?

It takes me just over 4 minutes to download (first download is much longer). My computer's specs below:
Intel Core i7-8700
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
16GB DDR4 Memory
M.2 256GB SSD
map mods + other mods, so there is a huge amount to download. 40 minutes sounds like a long time, and all I can say is that mods need to be reduced or computer performance needs to be upgraded.

Have you tried using only map mods?
Don't use ETS2_LAMB_UNIV_EURASIA_SAT_BG_MAP or there will be strange bug in the maps.
use this one instead: ETS2_LAMB_SAT_BG_MAP_BORDERS_BLACK_PM .

aral map crash is happening
Road to Aral is not included in this combo. you can add it above The Great Steppe if you like.
How do I connect Turkey to Bulgaria
Bulgaria comes with Baltic Sea DLC and Turkey with ROEX. Both are included in the combo.

the map menu is not in its position
position of the map always changes depending on where the map happens to be. at least in my game :)
Dude, you posted some bullshit, not PJ Indo Map DX11 Fix!!!...Fix cannot be in dds format!!!
I dont get it what you mean, but you can leave fix file out if you want.
