Yeah, do they make "safety toe" Crocs? Every time I see or someone brings these things up, I hear Matt (Diesel Creek) singing his Willy Wonka inspired OSHA violation song in my head.

Hahaha, Mikes "safety Crocs" have been the focus of many of my comments 😆 (Wrangling tracks off a dozer in a pair of crocs for example!!) At least there are guards on the angle grinders. Most channels I watch seem to take em off and forget about them as soon as they get the grinder! 🤨

I was doing a fix and flip on a 70's JD 450C dozer and used the bondo to smooth a HUGE series of dents on the fuel tank. Friend asked why I didn't "fix" it correctly as in heat and beat, use dent puller, blah, blah, blah. My project my choice was my answer.

Nice to see Bubba Dump getting some much needed TLC.
Gotta keep the old boy healthy so it can be reliable on the job.
Having Arron there to get under where a certain overgrown individual can't squeeze certainly helps.
Arron's welding is definitely top notch.
You'd think he does it for a living instead of walking around with a coffee cup in his hands barking orders like a foreman (hee he) 😂
Volvo did an outstanding job designing Bubba so his engine compartment is easy to access and work on.
Unlike so many other excavation equipment.

Hello Mike, former 25 yr's AUTOBODY guy here, just FYI, they do make what is called a "STUD-WELDER," used to weld on "Studs," appro. 2.5" in. long, come in two different sizes appro. 0.0625" in. (1/16" in.) and 0.125" in. (1/8" in.) Harbor Fright (spelling intended) for a KIT, containing a Stud-Welder, a Studer-Puller (a.k.a. Pull-Hammer) and a small sample box of studs to get you going. If you should decide to go this route, look to see if the Kit includes a "HEAT- SHIRNK" adapter. In my opinion the "HEAT- SHIRNK" adapter is a MUST HAVE deal breaker. Normally, when using a "Pull-Hammer" (Old School,) you would "PUNCH Holes," versus {drill-holes} so as to get a better {stronger} bite around the screw-in-tip of the pull-hammer. Another reason to punch the holes, gives more surface area for the Bondo to grap onto, versus a drilled hole, where most of the time the metal surface area of the drilled hole, winds up being too close to the top of the high area's of the repair, leaving the Bondo only less than approx. 1/16" in. and less, to adhere to. In cases like this, you need to counter-sink (don't go wild, a small counter-sink will work) the holes to get that all important surface area for the Bondo to hold onto.
Another reason to maybe get one, is if you have access to a metal lathe (you know, like that DUST-COLLECTER in your shop,) you can make different Tip's to aid in the removal of nut & bolt's versus using a "FIRE-WRENCH," more commonly known as Oxy-Acetylene.
I'm so glad to see this is the only channel to have on board, WINK, wink, an OSHA approved safety officer, the man behind the scene's. I love the smell of burning one's self first thing in the morning, just to get things rolling. Next up, that small molten drop of steel falling just Goldie-Locks like into your shoe. Makes for great dancing scene's. LOL!!!!

Awesome video as always DP - Had a wild thought about your new end credit screen (the metal corridor/door) why not take some footage of inside the bucket closing on the thumb and opening again and use that? It would be more inline with what you do rather than a computer game corridor and door, unless that is you're branching out to include gaming too maybe? Again, only a thought not a critique as I do like the new titles too.
