The idea is right but whoever designed that roval sticker got the curve of the rim wrong which is why it’s further away from the edge of the rim in the centre. Vinyl is flexible so you could improve on that by stretching it slightly. In this instance you could even stick each letter on separately without seeing any distortion 👍🏼
