When I saw Joel use this tool on one of his streams years ago, I never thought it could be used for legitimate 3D sculpting. However, I've since returned, and development has taken this software to new heights! It actually looks like a good learning tool, wtf o_O
@Haddy the Creator that's a really neat tutorial. I didn't knew about sculptGL I'm using blender actually. You really should do a tutorial series about it
I need a software which allows me to design something like crown, antique arm chair or helmet with real color. What software do you recommend? Is SculptGL good for this? Thank you!
Sculpt GL is pretty limited on this- its great for creating your models but I would recommend another app for coloring, substance painter for example. Blender also works as a free option, but you will have to buckle down and learn some more complicated software basics to get there. Good luck!
Hi, just playing with this free app, wondering if you can tell me how to upload to the gallery you mentioned. I've created a creature and would love to share it. PS. You have a new subscriber!
Can I ask a question? How to save my sculptGL work? I mean, it is on-line software. How can I save the sgl file to my computer? I tried, but the saved file turns to be a word file in my computer. Can you help me? Thank you!
You can save your models or files as all sorts of 3D file types- If you dont have anything to open them with installed in your computer it may show a bunch of funky characters in notepad or something but the files should be good and usable in other applications- .OBJ for example
Is Sculpt+ that far off from this app ?! Would like to use Sculpt+ but tut. Videos hard to find (accept this) but keep getting Blender tuts to tell me how to work that app ?! Thanks
I'm trying to make an anubis head based on pictures, but whenever I progress too far out from the center, like the nose tip or the ear tips, the tools don't work anymore. Any ideas ?
Yes you are extending the polygons and need to redo the topology to populate new verticies. In the topology section try to 'remesh' and you should be able to work those areas again.
Hello~ Haddy the Creator. I am ARTOY 😊 Through this drawing, I was able to access your RUclips channel and watch more drawing. Your work is unique, and the soft and intense image has been a great impression on me. Although I live in a different country from you, I was very happy to have access to the history and culture of different countries through you. I hope to see more works by great artists like you. If your country also has a community site where you can see drawing of other artists, can you teach me that site? I hope to learn more about culture and art through the site and promote my paintings so that more people can share cultural exchanges. 😊 😊
what a rip off? its free... maybe you dont have enough ram? maybe try the download version. Its a free tool- it can be frustrating especially when you lose your work but stick with it, its a great tool for beginners.
Awesome :) Something a bit different than your norm, but Im sure a lot of people will find it helpful.

The song was made by my brother for me :) I dont know what the title is, but its not really available anywhere. Glad you found the video helpful!

Does SculptGL have a cut function? Like if I wanted to import a figure and switch the head.
Hi I am trying to get a shape on my Crome book and It doesn’t allow me to do it.
How do you reopen previous work? I just started learning this website and Im really confused
There is an import option in the file drop down
Haddy the Creator i see, thank you!!
I actually picked up zbrush coremini a few days ago, so this video is ridiculously coincidental for me.
Edit:can you import model files from Zbrush?
Yeah you can!

Yea you can!

Same basics! All the info in this video should apply there as well. Sorry for the late response haha

@@HaddytheCreator Yes I figured in the meantime, thanks a lot!
Dang this is a nice tutorial.
Is there any way to export the texture from the site?
You just need the images- you can download the image file and reupload it to add custom textures- hope this is helpful-

Hi💕
Haddy the Creator AWESOME!
sculptgl fucking sucks, when im sculpting a model, a "WebGL context lost" warning appears out of nowhere and i lost all my process. what a rip off
