I've lived in Australia for so many years, and had no idea such beauty was right in my backyard. I've just started my Open Water License and intend to give the Great Barrier Reef a shot!
This is so exiting. I stayed on the Ocean Quest for 3 nights in 2016 and made my open water divers licence there. So nostalgic to see everything again! I also did the sharks in the dark experience back then and it was so cool! On one of our first 'alone' dives we got so lost that we had to get rescued because we came up so far away from the boat😅 great times!
I went on a 3 nights 4 days snorkeling tour with divers den because of this video, and it was truly the best experience of my life 😭 thank u for that ♥️
I wish I went with Divers Den! The boat looks much nicer and the meals look great and that cabin with a window!! I went with pro dive and they paired me with a buddy who only signed up the night before with no online learning done which would take days to complete as part of the open water diving course before he could start the training. They had him on anyways for the $$$. 30 divers shared 4 toilets with 2 out by the deck and the cabin with bunker beds had no window. Looking back Divers Den would have been a much better experience...
Thanks, I'm trying to pick between the two right now. My main concern is being able to find a good buddy (traveling solo) and being only freshly Open Water PADI certified. Pro Dive team seemed like they are more skilled since they can certify and train you?
Wow! What great dives and footage! Loved the editing of the sharks at night...I can't believe you were left speechless. Lol Also, the music. Too funny!
I think your diving videos are my favorite you do. You inspired me to go for my first time in Thailand in the beginning of the year. I went to Koh Chang and fell in love with diving, can't wait to return this winter and get my open water certification. Thanks for the videos.
This liveaboard experience looks like such a good time and the underwater footage is amazing! Such a fun vlog and the sharks in the dark looked awesome. Hoping to get my scuba diving license later this year. :)
That feeding sharks in the dark, sure beats my feeding the fish twisties. 😂 Thats when i did my 1st ever open water dive down in Port Phillip bay Melbourne. But we saw dolfins on the boatto the dive. 😜
As a cairnsy local one I've done v nice spacious live aboard great food to on the big liveaboard day boat can be bit full suggest week days and out of holiday times remember those night glow sticks now where's my dive buddy same glow colour stick lol
Wow wow this was spectacular, I love to see under the sea ( but from my sofa)! And this is definitely the best one you have done Not sure on the sharks 🦈 though 😂 Excellent watched it twice xx
That dive with sharks was amazing! What kind of sharks were they and why wouldn't they eat humans? Perhaps they are reef sharks. I snorkelled in Cairns 15 yrs ago and wanted to dive, but I had an ear infection, so great footage underwater, looks like an amazing experience!! Thanks!
Are you a certified scuba diver and do you have your own scuba gear like wetsuit and dive gloves and dive hood and dive boots and dive fins and dive mask and scuba tank and bcd and regulator to breath from and breath underwater with scuba regulator for scuba diving and who is your dive buddy for scuba diving and how long did it take you to do your scuba training and how does it feel to breath underwater with scuba regulator for scuba diving

Omg 😳🦈 I had to put my phone down and watch from a few feet away 😅
Great video 🎉🎉
I have a question: how were the showers and stuff? did you have a time limit for them? Futhermore how was drying equipment?

Lowering yourself down in a cage with sharks outside is giving 147 meters down (movie) 😅
