I'm not sure if the law of attraction is supposed to be used for money. I prefer to focus on peace and happiness; things that can get you what you need and what everyone deserves, not money and material objects. But I suppose you could, but I still don't think money is the purpose for the law of attraction.

@MrZpot1 Ive had years of ups and downs with it my friend. Its got to be about mental calm first and certainty that the ideas etc will flow to you. It sounds like youve got a lot of trouble and it keeps finding its way back in your mind. A mind that cant filter out trouble to an extent cant see the possibilities around him or her. You have to learn to let the worry go or manage it and then try all youve learned. Dont be discouraged, you arent the only one struggling to make this work but it does

That's the whole point... Poverty creates desperation and crime... wealth attracts love and abundance, education, health care, food, clean water, medicine, etc. etc... That's really what this is really all about... The better humans get a creating abundance, the sooner the world will come to peace.. trust me, it's not selfishness at all. My business is about Love and Communication. My purpose is about blessing others through education, communication giving in every way...
Ok, one more! hahaha.. My carpet is really old! For 3 years I have asked them to replace it and paint my walls and new vinyl floors for my kitchen and bathroom! Nothing for 3 years! So 2 weeks ago, I said why not.. I accepted that I would get new everything... hahahaha.. today, the new manager of 1 week personally told me it will be scheduled for this week... Unbelievable... She's lived here for years and just got the job out of no where! So freaking cool! Keep it coming! What's next? hahaha

@DomienTheMaggot you need to erase that fear. Greed is wanting money for no reason, having no use for it, no purpose behind the thought. If you want a better life for yourself, think on it, surround yourself with images of what you want and let no negative get in your mind. Trust me I've been wrestling with the Secret for years and for better or worse it works. Make it for the better :)
@lebchick1000 I gotta say its been working for me so far. My last 2 cell phone bills have been credited. I have no clue how or what happen too why it was credited but I know I would worry about bills all the time. I just stopped worrying about them and this had happen. I been getting overtime at work so the money has been coming in. Right now I'm thinking big were people might say yeah right, but I say why not? I don't have a negative thought about what I want. Hope this helps.
I'm cool being poor, cause I know I am going to be rich in heaven ;) ha Sure anyone who thinks positive will always be happy. That ain't no darn secret. We all know this. We just need to do it. This is a screwy way of them getting rich, drawing people away from the bible so that we can buy their DVD. We all know and believe the positive energy thing. Anyway all my debt is going away before the end of the year thanks to ATTRACTION!
There's a simple psychological explanation for this phenomenon that eliminates the magical mumbo jumbo. Surely this is utter nonsense. Anyone who actually READS the story of Midas (illustrated in this video as a happy lad touching a statue and it turns to gold) knows that it was a curse, and the moral of that story is that attracting EVERYTHING one wants to you - effortlessly, by the way - is truly a curse.
There are many people who have a lot of "things" who are miserable. In fact, all famous people say that things do NOT bring the happiness they desired.
Read Marcus Aurelius and the Stoics.
i dont know i kind of disagree..it gives people the hope they need,the ones who werent blessed like alot of people are .into rich familys ,gettng cars for their 16 or even 20th birthday.having a loving family to go home to instead of them working 2 shifts to put food on the table . it just gives a good direction and intent for them to actually do something,I dont think it means sit around and wait for it to happen.you have to put effort into your intention.meaning taking the path to it.

this section of the secret suxxx big time. I'm not against money, is part of our reality, but certainly it not equals happiness, we should learn to attract wisdom and fulfillment and work, and passion for what we do everyday.
Also they say "the secret" was being kept a secret by few powered people.. and they place a video of a rich man supervising workers on a poor factory. I really doubt this men owned the secret; people who promotes slavery cannot be happy just because they have money.

Im a very skeptical person and i am not a follower nor a believer of any religion nor do i believe in good luck or bad. But i do believe in God, and he is the creator of the Universe.And after reading about the secret it my life changed in a way that i believe in myself more and i believe it does work if u always think positive.
In someways I believe in the law of attraction but in recent events such as millions of jobs lost, foreclosures, students not being able to afford school, retirement accounts and dreams wiped out...it seems like wishful thinking. It reminds me of a kid a Christmas praying hard to Santa for a special toy. It seems more like wishful thinking in these difficult economic times.
But I understood it the first time. It depends if people are ready to hear it. When the student is ready the Teacher will appear. :) However, It does grow on you.
THE SECRET is how to FOCUS,,,really there r people who learn how to use the secret perfectly..it's how to implement ALL ur thoughts towards ur wish,and because our thoughts is our actions,,so u will act perfectly in the way to get ur dream....AND SURE U WILL GET IT WHATEVER IT'S (believe me)
its one of them, period, it can draw anything, anything, its focus is what you make it, it doesnt have a defined greater or less purpose, it simply is. We get back what we put out. a need for love, a need for money, a need for sprituality, WHATEVER. Dont overcomplicate it.
I started out with nothing after leaving the army.
I watched this movie, and read The Science of Getting Rich, and even though it took a year for me to finally get it...now im making over $100 per day sitting on my butt doing internet marketing.
I actually do get checks in the mail, lol.
I think the law of atraction does exist, but i believe that it has a worth using than making money, or lovers, or hapyness. It exist to prove us that reality its almost spiritual and the things we see are the things we have created. Real love is what i think we should atract!!!
Don't forget its not the money that makes you happy, its the idea.
now think it over again, what do you really want? or what would really make you happy then apply. Don't forget to drop the influence of the ego if you want it to really work!

The idea is that the pursuit of your desires are a manifestation of your creative capacity to manifest the world around you. Money herein can act as a tool but is never the end result. Confusion about this is important as it led to many horrors humanity confronts itself with nowadays. Knowing your true desires is infinitely more important than pointless maximization of material acquisition.
