One action I sometimes use, when I have negative thoughts or criticise someone , I say I am not my thoughts! and I forgive myself for having a negative thought, another practice , after a negative thought I catch myself and say “cancel,cancel, cancel “ to erase that thought, remember that we are not our Ego, Ego is just a part of the mind that wants to protect us, and keep us safe, but often leads us into negativity, 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

I find that ignoring a negative thought can be so effective. Not feeling it, not considering it just ignoring it completely and letting it pass like a stranger you do not know on the street. And keep doing that until it becomes a habbit and having `negative thoughts` will be a thing unknown to you.

Hello Rhonda I have been consciously manifesting for the past fifteen to twenty years. And everything has actually been going my way. However I get pretty stressed out and thankfully that is also getting better and better. I’m beginning to feel consistently happy and grateful and my days and nights are getting better and better. I am maintaining a better and more positive and living stance. I had quite a traumatic time twice life and have gotten past all of that and life is actually yielding to me very much of what I want. Two things are tripping me up. One is leaving the past in the past and no longer getting triggered so easily. Number two how can I become more wealthy even faster? I’d like to increase the amount of wealth and magnify it and is like to significantly speed it up!!!

I am a rape survivor, SA survivor, mental and emotional abuse survivor and so much more. I developed something called FND due to the trauma. Getting Dr.s to believe that it wasn’t all in my head was additional heaviness. I had been through so much trauma at one point I thought that God and I had an understanding. That it was OK for me to get abused because I was already tainted. That if it was happening to me it wasn’t happening to somebody else. I fortunately pulled myself out of that darkness. The one thing I am proud of is that I never let them win and they never took my Spirit. My kindness my ability to love others. But they did take some things away, and the same light I’ve gained such a compassion and understanding of the human condition and pain and suffering. I don’t have to carry that anymore. I see life for the simplicity of love ❤️. I may never have financial wealth but I have something that $ can’t buy. It felt good to say my truth out loud into the either. Hi I often hear that we must smile and be happy as it uplifts others and yourself. I always keep happy and keep smiling but then there are people who work just to take away that smile and happiness specially at my work place. What to do then?
We don't have to be grateful, we create everything what happens to us, and so do everybody else. We are all totally and completely free. We can appreciate all that is, ourselves and everybody else, appreciation is higher state of mind than gratefullness. Appreciation is the state of manifestation of our true desires. We are all one. We are "elohim" and "el-illah/allah", tao, all that is. Without spectator there is nothing.
I am stuck at a Homecare job that pays low and no chance to move up. I am in debt so I can’t go to school and I’m 37. I was told since my life path number is 11 and that’s good. My dream is to be a successful leader or boss and make a high salary so I can help people and help my mom. I want to use my ability to teach but in a highly successful way. I just want to lead and make a difference but yes a big salary is part of it. I’m working so hard to connect to awareness and not mind and connect to universe.
What do you want spacifically? Your desire must be very clear. High salary? How much? Set the amount of salary you want to earn per month and vissalize as though you have allready paid be gratefull and leave it for the universe.

We can appreciate all that is, ourselves and everybody else, appreciation is higher state of mind than gratefullness. Appreciation is the state of manifestation of our true desires. We are all one. We are "elohim" and "el-illah/allah", tao, all that is. Without spectator there is nothing.

I am stuck at a Homecare job that pays low and no chance to move up. I am in debt so I can’t go to school and I’m 37. I was told since my life path number is 11 and that’s good. My dream is to be a successful leader or boss and make a high salary so I can help people and help my mom. I want to use my ability to teach but in a highly successful way. I just want to lead and make a difference but yes a big salary is part of it. I’m working so hard to connect to awareness and not mind and connect to universe.
What do you want spacifically? Your desire must be very clear. High salary? How much? Set the amount of salary you want to earn per month and vissalize as though you have allready paid be gratefull and leave it for the universe.
