I think, for people in Asia in general, the guy's behavior seems normal because he was raised that way, and honestly, I don't see anything wrong with it. 😊 But for me, as a French girl from the islands, this kind of behavior can be a bit of a red flag🚩, like a guy who wants to control everything. 🚨 But hey, it's just my perspective, raised to be independent and all. 💪 That's why even though I love seeing Asian and foreign couples, I can't picture myself in their shoes. It does read differently from culture to culture. For some, it is being protective, concerned, and staying connected. For others, it just seems like stalking. I find it endearing. It just means you are always on the person's mind. A sign of genuine affection? To each their own i guess.

I can understand him not wanting her to show too much cleavage if she's dating him. It's just being respectful tbh, and while we may have the "right" to wear what we want, it doesn't mean we can't learn to compromise when in a relationship. After all, relationships are about give and take - no one should put themselves above the other. However, I do have a problem with the constant texting - it's not only exhausting and distracting but it can be rude too. You're infringing on your partner's personal space, not to mention distracting them from work, school, or whatever they may be doing.
Checking up to see if your partner is cheating or meeting with someone of the opposite sex is insecure, possessive, and a little obsessive if you ask me. It's too much. Either you're secure in yourself and your relationship or you're not. If you're not maybe you need to spend some time alone and learn to love who you are before connecting with someone.
I knew someone who insisted all their bf were prolific texters... somepeople are just taught to be that way
