    The spare tire across the drivers door opening came from WWII. Drivers liked it because it gave them a little bit of protection. I believe it was added to the M37 at the request of Army drivers.

    What a great day out. So many variations of the Dodge with vintage and some 'newer'. It looked like real fun and you did a recovery too! Thanks for doing some filming, you did well Steve. 👍👍
