I hope someday I can meet you & your wife. Maybe even see u in concert if u come 2 MA keep on given.. Maybe even 2 the American diabetes Association to come up with a cure for type one diabetes.. I know we have lots of equipment now to help us with our levels and keeping our sugars under control to better our life and maybe live a longer life, but when you've had diabetes from a young age, until adulthood, it puts a toll on your body. Thankfully, I always had a great support system and was able to keep my sugars under control until I got COVID and got really sick. After getting sick and being in the hospital 12 days, I was released to either Rehab, we're back to my parents host because they lived with everything on one floor for the most part, so I got stuck going home with them and living with them 4, 4 months while I was still paying for my apartment As we all know, that is difficult when you are an adult and have to rely on your parents to lift you up and bring you to the bathroom. Walk in front of you and behind you to make sure that you're not going to fall, because you can't use your legs. I did PT for Months, just trying to get mobility back in It worked to some degree, I ended up with neuropathy, from my belly button down to my toes, in both hands around my face and in my mouth. Unfortunately, COVID did that to me and I'm stuck with the consequences for now. Hopefully they do not stick around for the rest of my life and I'll be able to go back to normal. But as of right now, we're looking at 3 years and I'm still not back to my healthy self that I was before, but I can guarantee you this, if you come anywhere near Boston, Massachusetts, I will get a ride and I will be there to cheer you on May not be the best seats in the house but I'll be there. I love seeing what you've done. Where you've been and how you've made it through, you're one of those people that can just show us how to go on and makes your wife a better one, keep up the great work, and hopefully I'll get to see you in person someday
