I like the content. But as a young lad,i was fortunate that my dad worked on many farms. He was a fridge engineer, so plenty of his work was near and around Gisburn/Clitheroe looking after milk tankers. The farmers were more than happy to let him shoot in season of course. Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce in Sweden, Nice!!! Crock pot goose is great as pulled pork type sandwich as well as slicing it up for jerky. It makes pretty good sausage as well. Very cool to see you guys hunting Canada geese the same ways we do here in the States.
Why lead is better? Because here in finland the goverment is banning the use of lead shot for bird hunting, and they are thinking about banning lead in all kinds of ammo.
@@tarmovartiainen4934 Steel shot is less dense so it loses its energy faster, leading to less humane kills. It is also more expensive and wears out the barrel. You also can't use a choke without erratic patterns over time due to wear.

Very nice. No sky busting in this video!
4:46 a double double!! Wow, never seen that happen.
Did manage 4 teal in one shot once....but they swarm like mosquito, so..
First time ever. Did it two weeks ago in Colorado goose hunting. I would like to volunteer my time to this effort.

Late answer. It’s called greylag geese and are way smarter than canada geese

What you need is an old flak gun.
you really don't need an optic on a shotgun. it's not going to improve your aim.
They said ‘protecting farm land’ what do the geese do? Are they invasive in a negative way?
Yes - they mainly eat crops. We want to see geese around but not in large numbers on arable land or pasture. / Charlie
