How To Create Local User Account In Windows 10

Guide on how to create a local user account in Windows 10. Creating local accounts was very easy until windows 7, with Windows 10 you need a Microsoft account to set up a PC (there is a workaround) and also when you try to add another local user to your PC.
This is a trick that you can use to create as many local accounts as you want to create. You can create a local user and later promote that account as an admin, that way you can create a local administrator account in Windows 10 without using a Microsoft account login.
