In some climates, the very top offers an observation point, so it needs a ladder. The lounge area and balcony off the second floor is a nice touch. Finally, the screening is a very nice feature. The extra space on the first floor would make a great laundry area or office station.
I always watch house designs here from architects all over the world, this channel so far is beyond the ordinary. Nice job! You deserve more subscribers! 😊

Lovely, except, I would completely remove the downstairs shower/toilet room and have it as a utility room for washing machine/dishwasher/tumble dryer/ fridge etc etc. Having a main upstairs bathroom and an en-suite is plenty.
Your design is so good but my main concern is that when we cook all the smell will come over the Tv room too. So there's any other way. But design and presentation is so good. Thank you. If my budget will handle am gonna make same like this house next year. And i will contact you amd send you the pictures. Thank you 😊😊😊

I am actually building this and I filled the space with a master bedroom as I made the dimensions bigger

add ventilation like window and or exhaust fan if you have bigger space add dirty kitchen where you cook heavy meals.
