No point to fix it u better off buying a new iPhone the repair cost will be like $300-$400 and u not sure in a yr if u download the software update the same thing will happen again. If u don’t want to this to happen switch to android if u stay with apple the same thing will happen again.
Resetting the phone multiple times causes the motherboard to heat severely resulting in an expansions on the audio IC due to which the issue might be resolved for a day or a week for some but it is not a permanent solution and this is an known issue with iPhone 7 series. Need to get the audio IC replaced by a certified technician.

Mine works with just “Reset Network Settings”. But sometimes the problem comes back and I need to reset again several times.
