    Sir external external field lagane se pehle dono ke electric dipole zero hota hai aur external field lagane ke baad dono ka zero nhi rehta toh inme difference kya hai?

      Polar dielectric polarises more than the non polar dielectric ...it is the basic difference

    sir phle aapne btaya... electric polarization P is directly proportional to the effective electric field E. but aapne equation form me likha h P is proportional to E not( which is applied field).
    fir aur last me aap bta rhe hain ...electric field due to polarisation jitna jyada hoga... effective electric field bhi kam ho jayega...jb effective field km ho rha h to fir polarisation proportional kese ho skta h..jesa aapne likha h phle.

    Sir what are linear isotropic dielectrics

      A linear isotropic dielectric is a dielectric in which the permittivity is a scalar and has equal value at all direction. In terms of electric field, the expression is K=E.E0, where E is the net electric field and E0 is external electric field.
