Interesting drill, especially the bar that you hop over. I have been thinking recently that just a step won't give me the proper distant that I need with the right footwork or fast enough to get into position. I have been thinking of learning to hop into position. I can also see that this hop transfers more body weight faster and more effectively than just a step. I would have liked to see a longer sample of your footwork drill for mental practice and more slow motion examples of the pro, in the footwork, body rotation and racket handling to better study the timing and relationship of all the moving parts, and also as a mental visualization exercise. This is what I feel I need, more and longer mental visualization videos so I can practice seeing myself to these drills. Thanks.

Good. Thank you. Not a lot on line about the two handed backhand return. More about the HIGH backhand return. I think it has to be flat because you can’t get over a very high kick serve?

Great video! Could we also please have a video on the one handed return? I'm ok rallying with my one hander, but always get jammed/rushed on my one handed backhand return

Although you are ready with ur left hand on the neck, you don't actually waste time because you change grip while moving your feet, I think.
