Thanks Sam for the comment and for sharing your opinion. I agree with you. Nole, same as most of these top players, goes to a whole another level when in the match. All of his senses get sharper and definitely he has to anticipate a serve direction a lot of time. Another thing here that can play a role is that sometimes these guys start reading each other more by time, since they play each other so many times. Very good video. Just when you comments the Djokovic's return : "Solid serve, Nole did great on this return", it's normal because before, he asked to the server to serve on the T, so he anticipates the serve ! You can see Djokovic who directs his split step on the left by anticipation so eventually he got the return more easily. Whatever, thanks for your vidéo.

Awesome footage! Just want to put out there that no matter how impressive your split step is or your timing on the stroke, you won’t get balls back like Nole can. The reason his balls are 0 effort is due to his 370 swing weight frame combined with his technique and preparation on the return. Racquet will do 99% of the work if you can get the footwork down.
Thanks Sandeep for your thorough comment and very interesting insight. I think you made a very good point. Racquet and swing weight play a significant role in hitting effortless shots, but ONLY when done in a perfect way and timing. Split step is a MUST of course. In the end, you need to add all these "details" and then on top of all that, your anticipation and reaction need to be like from another planet. Then, sometimes, maybe, you will be able to return Anderson's or Isner's serve!
TENFITMEN tennis impulse yea exactly. Nole can do all the things you said combined on any given return at a higher percentage than the rest of the world. By the way what is your frame? Pro stock or retail frames? Keep the footage coming!!

Theres a reason coaches exists, and theres a reason why players thanks to their teams on their speech, it's not a formality, it's the work of a group focused on the players being able to make the most of their talents, skills and hardwork

Great video and even greater serve(s)!! One thing I notice in your serve is that the racket face is "open" during the racket drop while other coaches / channels suggest that it should align with the back. Getting this alignment itself seems to be a big routine and while seeing you serve so well, I am wondering if we should go straight from trophy position to the racket drop instead of trying to align it with the back during the racket drop. What do you suggest?
Thanks so much for your comment and great observation. I am so happy you like the video, please if you can, share it with few friends. Not sure if you've seen my serve in other videos with slow motions, but if you didn't that means you have an amazing eye for this! Yes, I don't have a perfect racquet drop but as you've put it well, it doesn't seem to affect my serve so much. I've analyzed this a lot and compared my service motion with the best servers out there since I am trying to improve it more. I've noticed that many super servers have similar racquet drop. Check Andy Roddick for example. Or even Roger Federer: he doesn't align the racquet completely with back. For these reasons, I don't think it's so important but it can still help with the speed of your swing. The thing I consider more important here is to have racquet come close to your head as you starting to drop it. This is the common thing for all the servers and it's something I am working on it now. It's replicating the throwing motion and also helps a lot with generating the most effective whip action and therefore speed of the serve. Hope this makes sense!
Thanks for the comment and advice. Some hitters did this, usually upon player's or coach's request. In my case, none of them ever asked for it. Usually my serve was enough to simulate serves that they would expect in matches.
@@Emolga6274 It's not about timing.. you mean touch.. he has more feel in the backhand side.. but djokovic has an overall skill when it comes to return of serves..
@@Femaqui07 djokovic stands far back to return serves, anyone can return serves if you stand that far back including federer. federer does it the hard way, stands right on baseline .
Have you taken permission from the Novak Djokovic team to release this information in public? Are you allowed to post these details and their private talks???
He might get into deep trouble. Maybe the N.D team don't want ro release information in public regarding their client's tennis techniques, training and private talks. I think he should do the right thing and inform the ND team of the unauthorised release of information regarding Novak Djokovic's training regime and ask permission. I'm sure that they will not grant him permission to do that.

@@katerinapatiniotis5598 im sure that novak has enough lawyers and relevant legal representatives to worry about that and doesnt need schizophrenic internet stalkers to defend him

This coach is clueless, the reason why Novak was so far away from this serve 1:46 is because he made his split step in diagonal towards the green box instead of towards the server. It's exactly the opposite at 5:50, he anticipates 3 times in a row by making his split step towards the left. The real question is, did he do it consciously or was it just a mistake? Did he deliberately make a mistake to see if the coach would see it? Whatever the fuck it is, the coach in this video is not helping at all.
Thanks for the comment. Partially you are right. The difference in those moments is that at 1:46 Nole doesn't know the direction of the serve, whereas at 5:50 he asks me to serve down the T. Definitely the split step towards the target helps. Regarding Vajda, as one of the best coaches out there, I am sure he knows what he is doing. Even though some things he said here were not 100% "right", I am sure that he knows that what he said would make Nole alert and more focused on the most important elements of the return. In my opinion, at this level, coaching the best in the world usually works like this.
@@tenfitmentennisimpulse The fact that he asked you to serve to the middle makes the exercise completely useless, it's not a challenge if he knows where the serve is coming. Now about the coach, I will go up to say that in this particular intervention 1:46, he was not only wrong but harmful to Novak, let me explain. After saying something completely wrong, Novak is offended (as he should be), that's why he laughs, but the coach doesn't even give a shit about this reaction, in his very small brain he's right, and he keeps going in that wrong direction. At 2:20 he impersonates what he thinks he saw, pretty much calling Novak lazy in body language. It's not a respectful conversation between 2 equals, it's a monologue from the coach who thinks he's right. Novak was very nice to him here, if I was in his shoes, I would never want to be coached by this guy again.
@@tenfitmentennisimpulse I'd like to add a point though, just for you. The reason why Novak said ''Why am I so far away?'' at 1:50 instead of ''Why didn't I return the serve?'' is because he knows that the serve was not returnable without anticipation. Great serve dude :)
Thanks Kevin for your comment. I think there is nothing wrong with the tittle because there is definitely some analysis in the video, both from my and Vajda's side.
@@tenfitmentennisimpulse I see your point. I guess I'm just used to those vids where they break down the technique with a telestrator and slow motion to analyze what makes the player's form so great.

just curious: did they pay you for the training session? Or does Jokers time have a regular member like you who have solid techniques?
He usually takes a swing rather than block the ball
Perfect position is where he is standing i think
Why don't u come 2 steps forward and serve and make it very difficult.
Thanks for the comment and advice. Some hitters did this, usually upon player's or coach's request. In my case, none of them ever asked for it. Usually my serve was enough to simulate serves that they would expect in matches.
Who is the sparring?
Thanks Diego for the question. My name is Milan Krnjeitn, player and coach from Serbia. Nice to meet you :)
which ranking are you?
At the moment I am not ranked, I was 1256. ATP. I will be back though! :)
TENFITMEN tennis impulse is the serve your best weapon
This guy has potential could be good player
Thanks so much Josh for your comment and kind words, it really means a lot! Please share this video with others so that they can watch it as well!
@@tenfitmentennisimpulse sorry It was joke bout Novak but of course you to😂
priceless
❤️❤️❤️
Fed can stand even closer to the baseline and return serve because fed is more gifted
djokovic is better at returns than fed 😂
But whats the point in saying that
if djokovic stood as close to baseline as fed, he wouldnt make a single return. you need to have unbelievable timing that only fed has.
Calling Novak "Nole" had me sitting here scratching my head for 5 min cause captions had me so confused.
Haha, I just had an image of that. Hope it's all clear now :)
thats alot
Have you taken permission from the Novak Djokovic team to release this information in public? Are you allowed to post these details and their private talks???
It's nothing the opposition scouts don't know already
He might get into deep trouble. Maybe the N.D team don't want ro release information in public regarding their client's tennis techniques, training and private talks.
I think he should do the right thing and inform the ND team of the unauthorised release of information regarding Novak Djokovic's training regime and ask permission.
I'm sure that they will not grant him permission to do that.
@@katerinapatiniotis5598 im sure that novak has enough lawyers and relevant legal representatives to worry about that and doesnt need schizophrenic internet stalkers to defend him
Don Killuminati mind your own business. Nobody asked you anything.

What did you do today?
Nah, nothing special, just serving few aces against world #1 and one of the best player in tennis history
Excuse me? Marjan Vajda is the coach who made Novak into the champion he is. You should watch your words.
@@ManBearPig14arm chair coaches are something else...
This is a cool video but you should remove the word "analysis" from the title.
Wow...A Serb and a Slovak talking with each other in English....:\
