I am RH - and gave birth to a son who had minimal complications but today he is a healthy 35 year old man. I also gave birth to a daughter 4 years after my son was born. Both my children are in good health. Thanks to my God....😊
Hi Sylvia, Happy for comment. please help me with query. wife is 0-ve, Husband is A+ve. in 2016 year during 2nd month abortion happend through tablets as no heart beat to baby and taken Anti-D 300mcg injection in 24hrs.After long struggle, now in March 2020 am pregnant and taken only Anti-D 150mcg in 26th week. Indirect Coomb Test was negative during 3rd month. please advise is Anti-D 150mcg enough? also any chance to have -ve blood group baby for safe side.
@@fangxfun Yes as a RH-O mother of 5 RH+ children, that is exactly what happens you get RhoGAM at the same times as before including after birth to protect the next child. Each Pregnancy is more risky than the last. All of my children are adults and healthy but the last one almost didn't make it. spent time in nicu. I actually left the hospital before he did.
I think it can if the mother had been previously sensitized in a mismatched blood transfusion ie Rh +ve donor to a Rh-ve recipient prior to the pregnancy

If you have studied Rh Blood group system and blood transfusion, you should know that blood from a Rh negative donor can be donated to Rh positive recipient. No immune response is induced in the Rh positive recipient because there is no Rh antigen present in the Rh negative donor's blood. Similarly, if a Rh positive mother is pregnant with Rh negative baby, there will be no problem. Because if fetal RBCs (Rh negative) leak into mother's circulation, there will be no antibody production in the mother's body. And because mother's circulation is well separated from the fetal blood circulation, so mother's RBCs cannot enter fetal blood circulation. So, there is no threat to the child. Also, the fetal immune system is not well developed to produce any antibodies against the Rh positive RBCs. So, even if mother's RBCs leak into fetal circulation, there will be no immune response.
