Awesome system! Thanks for the video. I'm not a rivet counter but the sound is wrong, -38 series were non turbo prime movers. But in the end I love it anyway!
@@TrainBrosRailway me too! I'm only fussy on that because of the EJ&E having all -38 locomotives and listening to them almost exclusively for about the first 25 years of my life
Is this a better way to go then DCC ? I been looking and researching dcc for while. Are there any cons with the rail pro that you have run into? How long is your lay out?
Sorry for the late reply, In our opinion rail pro is simpler and is more flexible to run on a variety of track because of the battery powered option. sofar the olny con is that it is not readily available in Canada. our layout is about 30 x15.
Do the number boards and marker lights stay connected to the headlights/taillights? I'm working on adding Railpro to my USA Trains GP7, and I want to add mars lights to the front (the original headlights will be the mars lights and then I will add more lights below to be new headlights)

Great video, im deciding which battery to run. How much run time do you get?
I would recommend the 3350 mah battery we usually get 3 hours of run time with all lights and sound on.

Hand held cams sucks
All are video are filmed by hand held cameras. Sometimes we could use a stand or a 3rd hand. lol
