- Download the Manas Patnaik app now: cwcll.on-app.i... In this tutorial, the object is a straight line.
A straight line may have different orientations in space
We'll be positioning this line in different ways that is it may be parallel or inclined to either or both the reference planes (HP/VP) and then draw its orthographic projection (aka front and top view).
All these cases have been discussed assuming the line to be in the first quadrant.

quadrant. And the other end B is in V.P. The point C is 35 mm
above H.P. The line is inclined with the H.P. at an angle 30°. The
elevation length of the line AB is 70 mm. Draw the projections of
the line AB.
