- We recently received an email from one our of viewers (Hi, Phil!) asking if we would do a "Get to know us" type video. He even included the questions! Since our channel has grown so much, and since we're at the first of the year, we thought this would be a great time for this video! Fairly new viewer. Found you when Tony from La Lido Loca had you on to talk Disney Cruise. Spent much of my weekend binging some of your content. I just find so much of your content relatable. 1. I’m going on my first Alaskan cruise in June. 2. I started Keto in March 2021 and am down 65 lbs. (May have ordered Highkey and Hilo products because of you.) 3. I love all things Disney. Grew up in Southern CA so Disneyland is my home park. Anyway, you’ve really got me excited for my cruise. And I’m planning to take an extra couple days to go to Seward after the cruise. Can’t wait!
I did not know about the kite thing. lol. I so want to see a picture of you with frosted tips and eyebrow piercings.

We love Tim and Jen tracker! They are actually how we found you guys! We started watching their Disney content and found your Disney cruise videos and now you guys are our favorites!
Oh my goodness, y'all are so dang adorable and so fun to watch. We found you from Provost Park Pass. We are mainly RUclips watchers because we don't enjoy cable and don't want to take the time to watch long shows so satellite TV and mindless shows that are fun and distracting of the yuck of life are our jams. :) This!!! was great and we're hooked.

I live in Salisbury about 8 miles from Stonehenge. I would happily show u both my gorgeous church and cathedral plus swans and ducks. And a great pub lunch at Wetherspoons where u get really cheap cocktails and cider.

So Adam, at the end of the video when you asked us what we had learned about the two of you that we did not already know I immediately thought of your fear of kites. And then Sherri mentioned it and yes, I did laugh!! Remember - phobias do not have to make sense. And quiet often don't. Watching the two of you and listening to your answers and banter, reminds me of why I enjoy your videos. You are both such nice, genuine people. I wish the very best to you both in the new year. Wow, that was an interesting video because I was surprised by some answers, identified with other answers, and am now not sure how many commas to use-LOL! I was talking to my sister, yesterday in fact, about getting to meet the both of you. I said to her, and now will to you, how nice the both of you were. Also, that I wished I had more time to talk to Sherri because she was so nice and easy to talk to. I am not an extrovert and find it hard to talk in situations that are not one-on-one, but Sherri was so easy to talk to that it felt like she was an old friend that I was catching up with. To use an “Anne” term, she felt like a “kindred spirit”.
Adam, you will appreciate this, I think. My sister (you met her too) and I always call my 95 year old mother a man magnet. No matter where we go we turn away for a second and then find some man talking to my mother! It is amazing and mystifying how she does it so fast! She said it is because you can learn so much by talking to people. (Sounded like you, Adam.). My mother grew up on a very small island off the coast of Maine, so she read a lot, but when the opportunity arose she would talk to the tourists and learn what she could.

New subscriber.. i learned y’all seem like cool people. Anyone who loves Disneyland like i do is cool with me. I had actually commented on another one of your videos that i heard about you guys from Ordinary Adventures but when you said you admired Tim and Jenn Tracker it reminded me that’s who i heard about you guys from. I’ve followed them since 2014/2015. I’ll be watching more of your videos since I need more you tube to watch while on the treadmill lol.

I am like a people magnet as well lol.. People talk to me every time I'm out. I want them to feel I genuinely care because you never know what's going on in their lives but sometimes its like 😬 just don't have time for the extra conversations. Great Get to know you video. I've been following you guys for a few months & learning so much incident know. I watched some older videos about Sherrys medical journey.. Girl you went through it! So sorry you went through that & it took so long to get a diagnosis. But you look like your doing so much better & your skins looking great.

Arrived here from Ordinary Adventures, and and feeling comfy already. You two remind me so much so much of dear friends from high school whom (see what I did there) I love very dearly but haven’t seen enough of in many years. It’s a little bit weird tbh! 😉 (Though you’re quite a bit younger than we are, i.e., we played a millennia of OG Trivial Pursuit back in our day.) I am the same as Adam in the grocery store!! Everyone always talks to me, about everything. Almost every time I come home from the store, I'm telling my boyfriend that I made a new friend. He's the Sheri, he doesn't want to talk to anyone 😂
Adam has a very open lock on his & looks to be approachable. He has an big smile most of the time. If someone looks at me, I automatically smile. So, I also have people talk to me. I also relate to Sherry as I was very introverted when I was young, so this was difficult for me. As I've aged, I've become more open to people. I absolutely adore your vlogs! I would love to have the chance to meet you guys someday. 😊

Now you are probably going to get a lot of kites and snakes! I also do not like people who think they know everything. I am very self conscious and I really don’t know how to act around them. I love learning new things. One of my pet peeves is people who don’t use blinkers! Loved this video!

Omg my husband was walking by at the chill Disney park question and we both said EPCOT at the same time.
Also as far as books and bad grammar, it's tough especially when you are starting out as a writer. And some of the rules seem to change! My editor does things that I look at and say... I know I've seen that in other books but I swear I don't think it's right! But you spent the money so you just go with it. Ugh!

I worked at Pizza Hut, and I couldn't eat pizza hut pizza for a few years after I worked there. I could eat other pizza and I can now eat pizza hut, but you are right, most people get sick of the food where they work. I live in Montana, and we don't have Chikfila so I don't know how good it is ... everyone says its awesome though

Don't feel bad about your kite phobia! I have a complete fear/phobia of balloons! I can't explain it but every time I am around/see a balloon I get anxiety! It's almost the fear of them popping. When I see them blowing around in the wind that terrifies me

One hundred pounds, talk about willpower, incredible and so wonderful for your health. Great job. I Promise I will not send you a kite on a line of snakes. Thank you, for a funny and warm hearted video, Sherri’s response regarding her Etsy shop really “hit the nail on the head” for me I completely understand and know how she feels. The time, effort, thought that goes into Etsy shops. I have the utmost respect for my fellow crafters. P.S. I hope my grammar is on par. My college professor had a saying when it comes to commas “ when in doubt leave it out” I just never forgot that :)

Sherry, I am right there with you with escalators and for me even walking upstairs at mall especially paired with wide open spaces.
I used to be able to fly and 6 years ago even that became an issue for me with heights. I really need to be able to fly again because driving 26 hrs to visit my daughter and granddaughter is a bit far.
Living a life that looks like Jesus and not like a lot of His followers. Whew. I felt that.
I can actually understand the thing about kites. When my parents would fly them at the park they had them really high up to the point you could barely see the kite anymore and I would freak out about it. I never wanted to hold them either. Eyebrow piercings and frosted tips were super hot back in the day. That's just what was popular. No need to be embarrassed about it. Even the current trends will be cringey in 20-25 years. I think they are cringe now. lol

Australia sounds awesome. I think about all the deadly snakes and bugs and go nope, change my mind. Funny part I am from Texas and we have got our share of deadly snakes and things.
